It has been well over a month since i purchased my tickets, and I have not yet received them. I did get my confirmation email. I know the email says I would receive them by May 29, but that is still a long time away from purchase. I am hoping by confirming, I will receive my tickets soon. Thank you.
The app did not help very much, I got lost and it did not let me know i was ordering and paying in American so I spent way more then I anticipated. Sadly I would not recommend using this. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is what happened and how I felt.
Finding and selecting tickets were easy to do. Prices were simple to identify.
Well before I bought the tickets it had said that you would refund the if there was any reason for not being able to attend. Such as in my case there was a hospitalization of family member. I had to options, confirm the tickets or say I didn't get my tickets so yeah I gus im stuck with them unless I can give them to someone else so I'm not just wasting my money

My experience is terrible if you do not actually deliver my tickets until after I give you a rating even though you have taken my money. Seriously when will I get my tickets. They should be delivered immediately once the order is placed. The fees are also ridiculous.
