I'm not the best with technology, but getting my tickets from the website was a struggle. I put everything in and bought them no problem. The confirmation came. Well then I had to make an account on a different site. It asked me to verify my phone number, no problem. It asked me to verify email. It wouldn't let me leave that page to check my email, so I had to use my fiancés phone to login to my email. Then had to change back to my phone. I'm still not sure I actually have the tickets or they're going to disappear.

Came to the website by accident thinking it was the venue site paid double the price for tickets tried to get refund and was told no refunds all sale final my mistake but there are cheaper tickets just have to look for them this site doesn't provide anything special just sales tickets at hire price.

I actually feel coerced into rating your site, so that's not a positive for me. A few emails requested me to click on something to obtain my tickets. Yet, when I did, this page came up with no exit option. Also, you charge way too much in fees and don't reveal them nor the taxes until the very last minute. Not cool. A better option would be to post prices with taxes and fees prior to the last option.
Good so far all I've gotten was my conformation email. No tickets received yet. Says I should have them around the 21st
The process does not inform the purchaser that the seats have obstructed views until the purchase confirmation is received: this is a fraudulent scam.
I did not see USD when purchasing these tickets. I tried to cancel right away by calling and recording advised no refund allowed.
