Why can't tickets just be delivered right away? The multiple emails asking if I received confirmation just add to the confusion because I still don't have tickets, but I guess o did receive the email confirmation.

First of all, I couldn't get a confirmation on my tickets! Then, when I finally got to talk with a person, the connection was almost incoherent and the representative couldn't solve the issue after 45 minutes on the phone and told me I should call back another day, but assured me my charge card had been charged. In the mean time, I found out I was going to have surgery the week of the concert for which I had purchased tickets. I called again and explained the situation but was told a refund was not an option and maybe I could sell my tickets. The tickets are on my phone and could not be transferred to someone else. I will never ever buy tickets through this sight again!
After paying a ton of money for concert tickets, it says I will not receive them until the day before the concert. I have to drive 10 hours to the city before I actually have the tickets in hand? I'm not happy about this process.
Well-I have a confirmation that I have tickets but I don't have them yet so I am not sure what I am commenting on…?….that's why I only gave three stars. If I actually had tickets I'd probably give more.
