I didn't realize these are reseller tickets. I bought them from the concert venue's website, and then I get 6 emails about "the seller" will contact you, accept the seller's tickets, the tickets are in your account, but you have to set up an account in order to receive them and view them, etc. I STILL can't find the parking tickets for this concert that I also paid almost $200 for just for parking...honestly, I'm disappointed. I shouldn't have to wade through an email pile to make this happen. This concert over all is costing us more than $1000 for the two tickets and parking slot.
From picking seats to checkout was really easy. Even downloading my tickets to my wallet was easy. The only disheartening part was the $25 service charge. And if the box office was open, I wouldn't have been charged that fee. We are dealing with computers not paper handling humans. I think the service fees should be waived.

Anxiety producing. Lol. Felt very rushed & scared of making mistakes. Couldn't really look at seating options well due to hurried pace.

Finding my tickets in my emails in 3 months for this show is going to be so difficult. Multiple Passwords and multiple companies and just that Kafkaesque maze so of faceless bureaucracy and confirmations.

I understand making mi eat but the fees are too expensive. I'm sure you have a human monitoring the overall automated process, however, it doesn't cost that much.
