Very difficult if not impossible to find details of wheelchair access. I have made a booking but my mother is in a wheelchair. I asked the help robot to be told the information was given when I make my booking. Which I did but not able to find it. It also says that 1 ticket is complementary but I had to book 2 tickets to be sure of getting them. I am located in France and my mother is in Manchester and I am not able to call 888 numbers from outside the UK. Please can you help with wheelchair access.
