Make available seats a bit more clear. It doesn't say which color is for the available seats and which ones are not available.
Selling overpriced tickets with a lot of hidden fees which makes the price of the tickets almost double. Not possible to cancel the transaction.

I give 3 stars because this was as neutral a rating that I can give. There were no issues, I bought my tickets, Ive received the confirmation email. But buying the tickets didn't pay off my mortgage or give me a massage or anything so nothing mind blowing either. Not over or underwhelming. Sufficiently -whelmed.

I thought I was buying a $48 parking ticket. I did not realize until my card was charged that I was actually paying $77! I understand fees are added, but this is nearly double the price and the way it was presented was very subtle. No fee line items listed, just a lot of paragraphs with other things bolded as to distract you from what you are actually paying. I called customer service, but there are no refunds. I did not read carefully, but I was not expecting the fees to double in price! To add insult to injury, the actual QR page has the worth of the ticket listed as $23! Buyer beware!

Disingenuous marketing.
Prices appear at first look the suddenly after purchase they are significantly higher and there is no recourse to change your mind. Let the buyer beware I guess.
Pretty simple to use, I did not see an option of choosing where on my row I wanted to sit and I prefer the aisle when ordering well ahead of time
