First and last time we purchase Winstar concert tickets. Two tickets at $121 each, a $79+ service fee a $7.50 delivery fee, and taxes for a total of $340. Then, although I selected 'no emails' when I placed the order, I'm being sent advertisement emails every other day.
Super easy to navigate, was sent an email ahiut rebooking as event time had to cancel due to double hooking hut was given a solution within the email with 3 different outcomes to choose from. I believe that was extremely professional and appreciate being told in advance thank you

I wish we could start going back to mailing tickets to the concert goers. This digital process is very confusing. I've ordered the tickets I've paid for the tickets I see no evidence of my order under this account that you've told me to set up. You're telling me the tickets will be there before 2 days before the event. I don't understand why this should take so long and why it can't be set up so that I can simply print the tickets have them in hand and bring them to the show.
It was easy and I was comfortable with it. Everything flowed smoothly.
Service charge high, I almost paid double the price. Outside of the seats total cost with all of the added on fees. And when I went to check out it to me it was going to be delivered to my address, which I thought was weird and then I got the email for electronic delivery which is what I wanted. Just a little confusing.

Terrible routing from google and ticketsonsale. Was led to believe was on ticketmaster. Did not realize it changed until after purchasing.
