The site for the tickets was a little difficult to attain. After I got email confirmation I still have not received the e tickets. It usually doesn't take this long

I ordered two tickets but it would not accept my email even though it was correct. We exited out and tried again. This time I didn't notice and it automatically pu in 4 tickets. I immediately called to cancel 2 tickets but was basically told tough luck. They suggested that I try to sell.

Your app (DICE) is the most unuser-friendly process I've ever used to order tickets online. It's confusing and slow, and doesn't respond to quiries. After waiting several minutes I tried again to order my tickers, but your site wouldn't accept my info because I I had already made an order (the order that your program wouldn't accept). I looked for a phone number to call but couldn't find one. At this point I'm still not sure if I have a ticket or not. I hope I don't drive to Philadelphia only to find I don't have a ticket, or the app doesn't work on my phone.Whoever designed your process (probably AI) doesn't understand the basics of human communication. Keep in mind all your customers are not under 40 years old and are not tech-savvy. Provide some options.

The website to purchase the tickets was easy to navigate and choose a section, seats and number of tickets to purchase. It also gave you enough time to purchase such tickets. As with marketing of any tickets, the lowest cost tickets were highlighted in first clicking on the website, and the tickets I purchased were more expensive. However, I have come to expect this in purchasing tickets.
