Lots of pop ups but I was able to purchase my tickets but have not received them yet. I understand they might not be available to ship yet but I would still like to receive them before the day of the show.

The site is easy to use and I was able to find tickets for everyone who is going to the show. So far no issues. The prices are high tho and just remember they are RESALE tickets and not the original price. So the price is going to be high. I got my ticket confirmation by email right away and I was able to see my tickets in the email. They can also be added to your digital wallet. Like Google wallet. They are tickets that can't be copied or forged so no one can steal your tickets.
Easy checkout. Did not like that the extra fees are not disclosed prior to purchase. The extra fees were as high as the price of the ticket. Hopefully I receive the tickets in a timely manner for the price. Even thought about canceling because of that!

As a first time customer, I felt that there could have been more instructions as to how the system worked and details of any applicable rules. The map of parking lots was good, but not all of the lots were shown. I was worried that there would be a problem because of something I didn't know, but everything turned out to be fine and it was a good experience.
