I have bought a ticket but still waiting for it. Not clear the i structions.
The ticket site had me re-register for the year and sent me a password code. I put in my email as requested and the password as provided and a box would pop up and say that one or the other was incorrect. I called an agent and it took me 20 minutes with her help to finally Get my tickets. Even she was having a little trouble
Application and request process was very simple plus the feedback and client service was excellent!
Once the tickets were purchased, I was contacted in the next 5 minutes with very clear instructions on how to confirm my tickets.
Have not yet received tickets yet. When trying to access these tickets I have as brought to this site.
