Perhaps I didn't see it, but an explanation of how this was going to work and what to expect would have been helpful. Makes me a bit uneasy that I have paid for but have not yet received my tickets. Not sure why they aren't issued at the time of payment. You have our money, now I would like our tickets please. Seams reasonable.

The on-line ticket order process for Chicago was very easy.
Ordered the tickets a month ago and still haven't recieved them and now getting worried.

Somehow insurance was chosen as an option and I'm trying to get out of it and it's impossible because the credit card they are going to refund not even the credit card they used to glitches the actual tickets. It just definitely makes me not want to go on this route again with your company. I'm actually hoping the tickets are not a scam.
Everything was perfect. But I would prefer to get my ticket immediately, but I got it in 1-2 days. It is really unusual and look like we live in 2007 not 2025
