Quick, easy, super convenient, however do your research. I had buyers remorse 30 minutes after I purchased, overpaid, I don't get the tickets until the day before the event, and Service charge of $140

Smooth, no glitches. Well, it WAS. Now I keep getting a daily email survey. It doesn't let me answer all the questions, so it won't submit.
Many emails to confirm tickets but email to get actual tickets states "not ready yet...will send email April 8th". What am I confirming - that I know to wait longer now for tickets?
