The overall float to purchasing tickets and receiving my E-ticket was very simple and straightforward. I would definitely purchase tickets using this site again.
I received an email confirming my order and noting at that time (January), that I would receive my tickets by 15May. The concert is 17May. This is not reassuring. What if I don't receive my tickets? Then I"ve planned a trip for a concert that I won't know until 2 days prior whether the tickets are transferred or not?

The process was easy and fast, but even though it's an e-ticket, I haven't received the tickets yet. It's pretty stressful not knowing when I'll be getting them.
All other ticket sellers transfer the ticket immediately. Waiting till hours before the event is unacceptable.
