I received an email confirming my order and noting at that time (January), that I would receive my tickets by 15May. The concert is 17May. This is not reassuring. What if I don't receive my tickets? Then I"ve planned a trip for a concert that I won't know until 2 days prior whether the tickets are transferred or not?

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
