Took forever to receive. No notification until day of delivery.

What instructions come with product was whiten in Chinese and had to have a agnifiyingg glass of see pictures.

Went on to the Vancouver Canadians website, picked our seats but the prices on the TS website and my "confirmation" did not indicate anywhere that the seat prices were in US$...checked with Stadium official who suggested next time buy the tickets in person from the Stadium box office. I paid twice as much for these tickets...lesson learned! Consequently, I won't be using TicketSales.com for any tickets.

Easy, but would like to see specific seats, not just row. Also a layout of the venue and if there are any obstructions. These seats were not theater seats, they were chairs added to the back row. Also would have liked to print out vs. just have it on the phone

You can't go wrong with any of these ticket websites. Unfortunately, the fees are what kills everyone. For the event I purchased tickets though, I did not hesitate to pay them because I was going to see my oldest son perform with the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps. As for fees for other events, you all should lower them or at least waive them after certain amount of continued purchases through your website. Like reward programs...the more you purchase, the more savings you get on future ticket purchases.
