Obviously, I don't order tickets online often. Your website is easy to use, but your fees increase the price of my tickets by 33%. While understand you have to pay your people too, it seems $13.90 to send an email is excessive. Ha! Also, I thought my zone seating was A-C, not A-G - hard-to-read font. My rating might be different after the concert.
I received my tickets in a very timely manner. However, since I thought I would be sitting in rows A-C, I am disappointed that my seats are in row G. Next time I will look around more for a site that I can choose my seats, not with zone seating. Live & learn. :)

The extra delivery charge is a to off for a mobile ticket. The tickets were extremely over priced. After I purchased my tickets I found the actual venue was selling them for fifteen dollars less without the delivery charge or the extra surcharge.
