Post Concert: IF I could manage a lower grade for this debacle I would! I have never been as frustrated in a ticket purchase EVER! IF I had been told from the beginning, [5-months earlier], that I would receive a scan code ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT...I may have felt slightly more confident in spending over $1000.00 for this concert. As it was, I felt physically ill with the stress that your company provided. I would demand my [overpriced] "Service Charge" be returned IF I wasn't sure it would get me no further greater frustrations I've already suffered! IF I had purchased tickets closer to the even I would have paid more than $63 LESS per ticket!

This was an easy experience and great prices on tickets. We will see if they actually show up and work the day of the event though. Never heard of this ticketsales website so I question its validity until the tickets work at the event. Will be updating review later.
Efficient and easy
Even though I received my tickets I was charged over $400 for 2 $100 ea tickets that I could not get out of. It is a shame that you would allow LEAH UPCHURCH TO CHARGE ME THROUGH YOUR ORGANIZATION SO MUCH MONEY. When I finally realised the crazy amount I could not get out of the purchase. Shame on your company
