You haven't said which 2 seats I have; I thoroughly enjoyed my seats, but there were TOO many fees that added an additional $100 to my purchase price. That is my biggest complaint. I also understand that technology provides paperless tickets, but I prefer a backup other than a printout that says I paid for some tickets.

Will not use again due to fact that you cannot pick your seats, only the section. Bought tickets early and seats in last row. Will buy direct from event center from here on out. Will not recommend this site to ANYONE.

I really think I should've received a breakdown of the receipt. The tickets were $62 if I remember correctly and I bought two. I got charged about $160 so a breakdown of the tickets and fees would have been great. Maybe you can work on doing that for your customers!

Seating options very vague. I have no idea where these tickets I purchased are located. With the technology available today there should be a way to choose specific seating available prior to buying. I also don't know if this process is actually working. I like to have a ticket stub in hand. I did not realize this was a resale ticket distribution. I doubt I will do this again.
