I ordered 2 concert tickets. Concert was cancelled. I was issued a "store credit" to use for other events. I did not want a store credit I wanted a refund. I was unable to contact anyone at their office for some time. When I finally made contact I was told I was too late and would not receive a refund. They kept $241 of my money for nothing. STAY AWAY from these people.

I tried to get a refund for a concert that is rescheduled for 2021 due to covid-19. They would not even considered it and i will not be attending next year. I have some friends coming in to attend and now they are not. This place is terrible and i would not recommend them to anyone. No would even talk to me or discuss options. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM
