Never never again in my life, I'm buying the tickets from third parties. The event I paid for $150 was very badly organized. I've spent 50 mins in parking traffic which made me miss 30 mins of the concert. Then I had to pay an additional $25 for the parking which I wasn't aware of. And finally, my friend was not allowed to enter because she had no proof of the vaccination which we weren't aware of in advance as well. The venue was up to issue the refund on the spot and they've emailed all the information in advance. Just because of the fact that I've used ticketsales - I wasn't aware of all the details and subsequently wasn't able to get the service I paid for. And I ended up not getting a refund.
Lessons learned - never use tickets distributors - you're overpaying for nothing and lose a lot of rights as a buyer.

I made an error in my purchase. The seller provided no mechanism to even talk or chat about my concern. Be very careful with this company.

Worst, by far, company I have ever dealt with. Could not download tickets, they said I did not have right search engine! That was after 2 hours on hold - and they hung up midway, had to start process over again with another hour on hold. Event didn't happen and they will not refund my WAY OVERPRICED tickets! Again waited on hold for an hour for them to tell me this. I beg you DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Tickets are way cheaper with better customer service elsewhere!

Never got my tickets, tried calling them 4 times they left me on hold an kept checking on me if i hung up already, they declined my dispute with cc, stay away from this website

This vendor charges double the price for tickets and has no customer support. Not a legit company. Purchase can't be verified through the site and I'm not at all confident that I will actually ever receive the tickets. They pop up quickly when you search for tickets but DON'T BE FOOLED! Buy your tickets elsewhere.

Unable to confirm legitimate tickets and I'm out $183 after endless Customer Service calls back and forth to get re-issued tickets on a link that doesn't work. Either TicketSales or the Seller are scammers but regardless they don't care to fix the issue — they confirmed that on the phone. Do not ever waste your time or be fooled that this is legit.

I went on their site and saw the concert tickets I was looking for at a price of $35. I didn't end up booking but went back 3 days later... I was speeding through and saw $115 and that was the price of the 3 tickets... I went to the next page, clicked on the I agree and in that little disclaimer was the price $324.84 - I freaked out and went to escape page and in error clicked on submit (was using my phone and I almost dropped it). I immediately engaged in the chat to get a refund but they said they can't give that. I then called them to speak with a manager and they too said no refunds. Now listen, I clicked on it - my problem BUT... the tickets are available on 2 other sites for $52.50 CDN each and there are tons of them! I get how scalping goes but how can you charge this fees if there are still lots available? Who would actually willingly click on the button? When I spoke with the guy - he said the ticket price was $82.50 each plus $7 delivery and $71 service charge! $71 for emailing me tickets - when I can pay $10 service charge with ticketmaster.ca. How is this company still in business? Honestly... take this loser's advice and stay clear of them. My final cost is $417 CDN which should have been $180 (and still can be for many of you). Daylight robbery.

I was super excited to finally go see a ballgame again and googled tickets and came across this sight. My tickets were never delivered to me. I sent several emails, live chat requests, text messages and finally after being on hold 3 times for over an hour I spoke with a representative that simply said he couldn't find my tickets... could find my order and charge but no tickets and hung up... worst customer service and scammed out of money

On April 11th 2021 I purchased (2) tickets from Ticketsales.com for $876.96 total to see Foreigner with Kansa@ Red Rock Amphlitheater concert on July 21st 2021. So, I learned the concert was cancelled by google online browsing and then attempted to contact ticketsales.com customer services for a refund, which put me on hold for ever, then goes blank, I go to their live chat it tells me to email, I sent emails and they never returned my emails. So, last night I finally (after many, many, many attempt) got a ticketsales.com customer service repersentative on the phone and he tells me that ticketsale.com will not give me a refund! Because I didn't answer their email in 7 days and they want to give me a store credit. I never look at that email account and I do not want strore credit. I do not want to ever do buisness with ticketsales.com. Again. This company stole my money, they are a scam. I want a refund back on my credit card.

This is not a ticket seller related to any venue! This site is for TICKET SCALPERS who purchase tickets only to resell them! You will pay two to twenty times more for a ticket compared to LEGITIMATE ticket sites and may end up with fake tickets! Their website will tell you concerts or events are almost sold out when you may be the first to buy tickets! They use Google to push their site to the top in an effort to defraud people looking to buy tickets! Ticket scalping should be illegal but is now a big business with people who do nothing but buy tickets and then scalp them for a profit. DO NOT USE TICKETSALES.COM! Together we can put an end to ticket scalping by buying tickets only from LEGITIMATE ticket sites!

It's impossible to get a hold of them. Your wait times on home. No one in live chat can fix my problem or find my tickets before my session expires/ I sent an email and have not heard back from them. I purchased 13 tickets at $648 and they cannot be found. I just got a hold of someone and got disconnected. I have spent hours trying to get someone to find them. I am now going to cancel my order with by credit card company and dispute my purchase. Don't use this site!

I have never experienced customer service as bad as I have from ticketsales.com. I was not allowed to speak to a manager based on the call with Luis and I had 2 chats that took extremely too long without resolution the day of the event when I still had not received the tickets I ordered 1 and a half months prior to the event. I requested a refund because you were unable to provide me tickets until my phone call with Luis where the tickets were transferred only 2 hours before game time. This is unacceptable and poor business. I will never use this company again and hopefully this review helps others.

They will not give you your money back even if it's over $500 and your event got canceled. "Store credit" during coronavirus times. LOL. Give me my refund. I went through ticketmaster to purchase tickets originally and was redirected to the ticketsonsale website. BUYERS BEWARE. They've held onto $600 of mine for over a year now and refuse to issue a refund! Crooks! Not to mention they'll give you a "store credit" but i can NOT find anywhere on their website to "log in". NEVER use this site or Ticketmaster. They are both in the screwing people over business it seems.

Good, fast and i got my tickets within minutes. Glenn Bozo sent me the tickets. Im pleased with the service.

I purchased tickets to see a Broadway production for today (April 10,2021) last July with ticket insurance because I knew it might be cancelled due to Covid-19. In January, the venue announced its unfortunate cancellation. I've been trying since January to get my refund but to no avail. They claim that they have not been notified of the cancellation but instead it's just postponed. I have sent them screenshots of the venues website and contacted the venue for them to confirm the cancellation and given them that email. They still claim they can't refund me because it's not cancelled. They seem completely incapable of reading my emails and explanations. They don't care. They just want to steal my money.

My father tried to purchase tickets to a Rodeo, 3 months from now, he clicked a link that looked as though he was buying directly from the fairgrounds. As soon as he made the purchase, my sister in law said the tickets should have only cost him $30 each. He was charged $80! I immediately helped him call Ticketsales to cancel. After being hung up one 3 times, I went through the live chat. I was quickly told that unfortunately the seller had already secured the tickets on their end so it could no longer be canceled. This was now only 10 minutes after the purchase at 6:30 on a Sunday. Not only do they present themselves as something they are not, they are dishonest.
