Our experience with ticket sales.com was an absolute nightmare. We ordered tickets to "Frozen" 10 months in advance as an early Christmas present to our children. The week of the event our tickets still hadn't arrived. My husband was on the phone with them every day trying to find out where our tickets were. There were extremely long wait times to even talk to somebody and then we were just told to check our email for any correspondence they would be sending to resolve the issue. We never received any emails. After about 12 live chats with them, the day before the event, they finally just told us to use our insurance to get our money back. There was nothing they could do to help us. My husband was very persistent and got in touch with them again. This lady he chatted with finally seemed helpful and said she would cancel the barcode on the tickets and issue us new ones that we could pick up at Eccles theater. She assured us we would have our tickets in time for the show but sure enough, late the night before the event we did finally get an email that basically told us we were out of luck. Needless to say our children were heartbroken. We thought we were doing everything right to order our tickets so early but when they wait until the last minute to send them and they get lost in the mail (supposedly) then there's "nothing they can do". What a huge disappointment.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE... THEY'RE BOGUS AND FRAUDULENT... THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER BACK UP ANY PROMISES OF 100% REFUNDS ETC... I GOT TO THE VENUE WITH MY DOWNLOADED TICKETS AND WAS TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR... CAN'T BELIEVE TICKETSALES.COM IS STILL IN BUSINESS AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF...

I bought tickets for Ron James in Victoria BC Canada.
Tickets for the event at $65 each, I bought two tickets, i thought the total was $241 turns out it was $241 each USD so two tickets at $65 each cost me $641 in total. They suck you in because they sell tickets in advance of everyone else but you don't know that at the time.

You can not contact the company, can not phone email or chat with them - every attempt to resolve this extreme rip off has been thwarted. They have at least three different phone numbers onthe web when you google them and the email address you are given when you buy the tickets returns undeliverable. The phone is always "experiencing high call volumes and can not get through.

I have contacted my credit card company but they say if I get "real" tickets - too bad. Never use this company they are thieves to the fullest.

AVOID TICKETSALES.COM at all cost - rip off site - the entertainment industry should shut them down.

Ticket sales.com is a scam. I never received my tickets and my event is already over. They claim they issued a refund but never did. Here we are 2 months later and there stating they are still "investigating" my issue and I never knew they were even investigating as the representative told me it was an refund issue have been getting nothing but the run around

DO NOT expect any customer service. I bought tickets, and the show was rescheduled for a year later. I tried to get help from phone, chat and email. No response. I emailed them a month ago. They are pathetic.

An absolutely horrible experience with this company. First, the estimated prices are SO inaccurate. Listing for "starting from $30" in a section and then showing $96/ticket only afterward with no ability to see more detail on where the seats are. The text sizes used on this site to show it's the price PER ticket (ea) is SO small and does NOT pass accessibility standards. Fees are not disclosed and even the face value is not disclosed until after you purchase. The total is not confirmed nor does the website provide any feedback for the user. Very poor user experience design. When I finally saw the total price it was too late to make changes and I was already changed, catching me completely by surprise. I called immediately to see if they could cancel the purchase and was met with a robotic script full of "sorry there's nothing we can do". Which is a total lack of customer service and incompetence as a company. Instead of consolidating the instructions into 1 email you get 3-4 emails with multiple steps to follow. What a headache! Would HIGHLY recommend not going through this site and finding a LEGITIMATE ticket sales company instead. I paid probably triple what these tickets are actually worth with no way at all to get a refund. The prices are way cheaper on the actual websites. This is a SCAM. Will NEVER be buying tickets through this site again. If I could give 0 stars I would. BUYER BEWARE.

They misrepresented seating, charged excessive undisclosed handling charges and will not release tickets until the day before event with no instructions whatsoever.

I purchased two tickets to a concert and it was postponed. That's ok but then it was canceled. I ask for a refund and was told due to Covid-19 I would not be able to get a refund. I have the emails to prove exactly what I'm saying. I will never use them again.

This was the worst experience I have EVER had. I never received tickets, and was hung up on during a customer service call. I was treated as though I was stupid and deleted the email, but the service man repeated the WRONG EMAIL back. They misspelled my email and blamed me for not having my tickets and hung up on me when they were called out. Now, they say that they do not offer refunds. I cannot go to my event because of their mess up and now I have to pay $400 for it?! This is a scam. DO NOT buy from here.

SCAM— I bought two tickets that should've cost $220 per the price on their site. I got charged $530 and their customer service is worthless. This is a complete scam. Beware. Any positive reviews have to be fake. These folks are thieves.

This place is a scam, DO NOT purchase tickets from them. I bought resale tickets through their site (at a very expensive price) and the tickets were denied at entry - someone had already used the tickets to get into the show. This is NOT a reliable site. I have tried calling, emailing, online chat - nobody will help me get a refund. When you finally get through to an agent after waiting an hour, they just put you back on hold.

GO, RUN, HIDE... DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. BOUGHT TICKETS 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, SPENT DOUBLE THE PRICE. NEVER GOT MY TICKETS, HAD TO GET THEM FROM STUB HUB A DAY BEFORE THE SHOW. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT, BUY TICKETS HERE.

Not only did we pay high base prices, but then a 29% surcharge was placed on each ticket. Three $130 tix ended up costing $816.33 after fees. To top things off, they sent a link to claim the e-tickets and it didn't work. They kept saying that we claimed the tix when we hadn't and would NOT refund our money. What was going to be a great Mother's day gift, turned sour. Horrible outfit. Run for the hills.

This company is a scam. Have not received my $400 tickets. Do not buy tickets from them. I am so disappointed in myself for not researching them enough and allowing this to happen. Those who have had positive experiences, I'm happy for you. However the majority of people are not receiving their tickets.

Postponed concert two years in a row. Purchased tickets in 2019 for a 2020 concert that has again been postponed until sometime in 2022.
The original email sent after the first postponement read that you can call for a refund. Good luck getting a hold of anyone at this company. I tried calling and emailing. I finally spent a couple of hours waiting on their "live chat" to find out that I can not get a refund.

We ordered & paid for 4 tix at the advertised price. The receipt, when looking at it closely the month of the show, was for only 3 tix. That of course made the per tix price substantially more than we thought & leaving a friend ticketless. I do not recommend these scalpers as their website is hinky, say the least.

Horrible. After days of sitting on hold on the phone, live chat and assurances from this company that we would get our tickets prior to the concert Friday night we were not able to get the correct codes for entry in to the Greek Theater. We sat at the box office for over an hour missing part of the show we were there to see and spent a lot of money on only to be told that we could not get in. This is a horrible company and the 100% guarantee means nothing. You will just spend a lot of money and be frustrated if you use them. I recommend going to the box office or Ticketmaster to purchase tickets. Never again!

They told me they wouldn't refund me my money because it was rescheduled. I tried to explain that it was moved 120miles away and they are not letting in anybody to watch game. I sent them this same link i just gave you and still they didn't care

So upset, I will never recommend or refer anyone to use them. I ordered the tickets 6 months in advanced, noticed the issue, notified ticketsales.com they did nothing, now it is a week away to the concert date and cannot get any answers or updates on what is going on. Their customer service is trash. I have spent hours upon hours on hold with this rip off company.
