Have been looking for a secondary ticket agency for future use and continue to strike out! Previously tried Vivid and they sold me a "seat" space for a wheel chair without notice or explanation. Tried TicketSales and I could have done better going direct with the venue which had many unsold seats. TicketSales sold me seats at a price 7X above list! Worse yet, there were many availabe seats far better and closer to the stage! Never again-

AVOID BUYING TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! We bought tickets to a hockey game which refunded tickets because the game. Tried to get out money back because they got their money back. Would not refund our money. Attempted to talk to a supervisor, but were told they don't take calls. Now they are blocking our calls and aren't picking up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Mis-leading

First off, I don't absolve myself of all guilt but here's the story. I googled an event I knew the tickets were going on sale. Ticketsales.com came up first in google, clicked on it and it immediately said tickets were going fast. Clicked on a few tickets and it started the timer to secure my tickets. My fault for panic buying and not checking more into it. Ended up paying 3 times the face value of tickets, not even on sale yet. I realized this when my confirmation email said my seats were "zone seating" and they could not guarantee all tickets together. I immediately requested a refund at which point they denied it, stating their policies. In my opinion this was an unreasonable response given the circumstances.

In short: I messed up, but this company is very mis-leading. Be very aware of what you are buying.

Purchased Elton John at Paycom Arena tickets for January 30,2022 at 8pm central time. Showed up to the venue and were denied, after scanning several times at several different gates, 8-10 times, we were told our tickets were invalid. We were sent to the ticket box office/cashier, who told us our names were not even in their system, and our tickets were invalid/fake. They told us we had to call the vendor, ticketsales.com, directly. The show had started at 8pm; there was no cover band, and so we missed over half the show being on hold with ticketsales.com. A great way to spend a birthday gift. Ticketsales.com, 45 minutes later, finally told us they'd give us new seats, which were far worse than the seats we originally paid for. We paid $538.98 for the tickets. We were told we would be contacted within 24-48 hours by Management about compensation. This never happened. I have called multiple times and have been hung up on before finally reaching someone. We were asked to fill out a form to try and get a refund. We just want our money back. We paid for good tickets and missed half the show, which was also Elton John's last tour and a birthday gift, so everything was ruined by ticketsales.com. They never explained why the tickets they sold us were invalid, they simply sent us new ones after 45 minutes of waiting on hold. Their customer service is just as horrific as the experience we had. We want a refund immediately. We should not even have to fill out a form for this!

Scam

There is no refund policy and they just trying to resell tickets for a double the price.
Just don't buy from them. Look elsewhere and you will find plenty of sites selling the same tickets twice or three times cheaper with good refund policy.

Exorbitant prices and fees

This site charges way too much for tickets. You are buying from resellers, not the venue itself, so the price is easily double or triple what you would ordinarily pay. They also charge an exorbitant service fee. DO NOT USE THEM!

Don't buy!

My event was postponed to a date I can not attend. And ticketsales.com will not give refunds, as the event is still happening. Your only recourse is to resell your tickets yourself. Read the fine print!

Scammers

This company is a scam. Total crooks. The website malfunctions, overcharges customers and they refuse to correct their mistake. Do not do anything with these jokers. Should not be permitted to be in business, run away from these awful people.

If you really want to get the tickets, go someplace else. They sell tickets that they don't have. So, you are taking a chance of getting them. And, they don't have to let you know if they can get until as late a one hour before the show. For shows that sell out, this is not the way to go. Besides, their service fee for me was almost $200 on $600 tickets. So be careful and read the very fine print.

Don't Do IT!

I purchased tickets from the company through Ticketmaster. I flew to the concert, got a hotel, and the concert was rescheduled two days later. There was no way I could stay an extra three days. I received an email stating I would receive a refund in 30 days. I have been trying for months to contact someone that would help me figure this out. Bottom line is there is no refund, no credit. Shame on them!
Would advise you NOT buy your tickets here.

My defense: I took screen shots of the purchasing process with TicketSales.com. I presented the evidence to my bank with images of when I "clicked on" the TicketSales.com site, it showed specific seats were available to buy. When I purchased with my credit card, the disclaimer in small print stated that I may not get specified tickets. It was a trick... to cover their bait and switch routine... I purchased 3rd row tickets for $435 including fees and ended up with upper level "nose bleed" seats Worth Only $153.50. Don't know what was worse, stealing $281 from me or sticking me in the back of the bus after paying TicketSales.com for fictitious premium tickets. WOW!
I received a refund from my bank after they investigated. I appreciate my bank more now because they looked into the facts... Bad site... TicketSales.com is a SCAM

Dishonest and portrays they are representing theater, but in fact steals from you. You pick your tickets for premium price and later find out that the disclaimer states in fine print that you may not get the tickets that you picked...

NEVER USE TICKETSALES.COM

I purchased tickets from ticketsales.com. The tickets were then sent to an AXS account for access. AXS e-mailed on the night of the concert, to alert that the show was cancelled. The next day, AXS sent an e-mail stated that tickets purchased via AXS would be refunded within 30 days. It then stated, "Otherwise, refunds are available at your original point of purchase." I never heard from Ticketsales.com regarding a refund, so I finally decided to contact them. The person I spoke with from customer service repeatedly told me that the show was NOT cancelled. I submitted a ticket through their online service and showed proof from AXS's e-mail that the event was cancelled. No one ever got back with me. Their policy on cancelled events is stated on their website, "You will receive compensation if an event is cancelled. We will determine in our sole discretion when an event is cancelled. If you are entitled to compensation, you should expect to receive, via email, notice of the event cancellation and details about how to receive your compensation. While we strive to email you as quickly as possible after an event has been cancelled, the wait times may depend on the volume of event cancellations. See also our Coronavirus FAQ page or contact us at support@ ticketsales.com or *******718." No one has ever contacted me and no one will give me my refund that I am entitled to. The two men I spoke with over customer service were incredibly rude to me as well, which just added more insult to injury! I am a single mother and $164.88 is a lot of money to lose out on for an event that was cancelled!

This company is all about price-gouging and taking advantage of the consumer! It appeared I was purchasing tickets from the actual venue - NOPE. And when I realized they charged me almost $48 MORE per ticket (I purchased 6) I called to request a refund and was denied. They told me an option is to go out to web and try to re-sell them on various sites. UNBELIEVABLE!

Prices marked way up

Was directed to this site to buy tickets for a showing of the Nutcracker for about $30. I bought two for $60, but they tacked on so many fees and taxes it ended up being $90. I don't know why I didn't cancel it at that point, that was stupid of me. Later went and found that the tickets were being sold at the door for $10-$15. This site marks prices up to insane levels even for a secondary marketplace and then hits you with nebulous "service fees" and other bs. They charged me to send it to my email! Let my folly be your warning; DO NOT use this website.

Worst customer service

Ordered tickets. The tickets I received were for the wrong seats. Called multiple times to resolve put on hold for well over two hours total. Kept telling me to check my email for a resolution - no emails ever came. Have concerns about the validity of the tickets due to misinformation printed on them - agent kept waving it off as no big deal. Told them I wanted the seats for which I actually purchased the tickets. They told me the tickets I received were an upgrade - they were not and I explained that to them clearly. Kept giving me the same line and would do nothing to help resolve the issue and get me the tickets I actually purchased or issue a refund. Absolutely horrible company to work with.

SUPER SCAM SITE

They will charge you HUGE FEE'S they won't tell you about until you've already checked out. You'll never talk to a person when you have an issue. Their online system is a complete joke. I haven't gotten my tickets and they won't give me a refund. STAY AWAY, I don't care if they look cheaper do not use them! I'm having to buy them somewhere else and dispute the charge with AMEX. I even bought the insurance incase there was an issue. They said on the receipt "after the order was processed" that there was a problem they couldn't process the insurance. They basically said in chat that there is nothing they will do I should get my tickets eventually and that I should just try to resell them at that time. WTF!

I've had an awful experience this week. I googled an upcoming show and ticketsales.com was the first one that came up (I foolishly didn't understand it wasn't the direct venue's ticketsales site). I purchased the tickets, then got the email saying the would be sent to me 1 week before the event, which I thought seemed ridiculous since it's 4 months away. I quickly realized this was not directly from the venue. This site claims to sell tickets that a third party has purchased and has listed for sell. I went to the venue's box office online and the very tickets I had just purchased through ticketsales.com were available on their site as available for purchase - and for a significantly lower price. So, I'm sure I'll never receive these tickets I bought because nobody actually owns them.

I contacted their support team via e-mail and they're claiming everything is legitimate and are reassuring that I'll get my tickets when the seller has them (which will never happen). Because I DO actually want to see this show, I went ahead and bought seats from the direct venue website and had the actual tickets in my e-mail within hours... so I can verify that anybody who was trying to resell tickets for this show has no reason to need to wait until a week before the event.

Anyway... I'll probably never see the money again, but I'll certainly dispute the claim with my credit card company and hope for the best.

I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong venue. I'm not even exactly sure how that happened. Once I got my email confirmation of my purchase, I noticed it was for a different venue. I immediately called to have the charges reversed and the agent that helped me said they could not do that! I feel trapped in a purchase I made by mistake.
I'll never use this service ever again and am stuck with tickets for a venue I'm not interested in!
