I purchased four tickets for the wrong date for an event in Vancouver, BC. I called immediately after the purchase and was told that nothing could be done to exchange the tickets or cancel the order. I was told to try resell the tickets. Further to that, I had no idea the small print says "all prices are in US dollars" and that never even crossed my mind. I never would have bought the tickets at that price had I known the currency was USD. Their only advice was to try selling them. Now I'm left with overpriced tickets to an event I can't make it to. I will never purchased from this company again.

Ordered tickets thinking I was ordering from the local vender in my Canadian city. Turns out they are a 4th party USA (?) company. They will charge you with ridiculous fees and in US funds. Then they tell you you 'should' receive the tickets 2 days prior to the event I frickin hope so! ( 3 months to email?)… Not receive my tickets yet as soon as I just ordered through this scamming company don't count on getting a refund they will suggest that you resell them. Scammy as they come.

Purchased 6 tickets on march 4th. It's now 3/16 and no tickets still. Only received my confirmation email showing I paid $$$ and was charged a $20 per ticket service charge!. But, no emails since then. It's now 3/16 and still no tickets or emails explaining why! Spoke to customer service and they won't tell me who sold me the tickets. They won't refund my $, they can't tell me where my tickets are or let me speak to a manager. They speak in riddles trying to get me off the phone.

I was using my smartphone to try to buy tickets to see Coheed and Cambria on 7/26/22 at the Anthem venue in Washington, DC. I thought that I had clicked through the Anthem venue site, but i accidentally must have clicked a TicketSales.com advertisement. I thought I was ordering from a normal ticket site. But when I completed the order, Order number *******, I didn't receive tickets but only a notice that they were going to buy the tickets for me later and send me the tickets by 7/24/22, only 2 days before the concert. I was surprised and looked around online and discovered many, many, complaints about TicketSales.com, including many on the Better Business Bureau BBB site. Most say the same thing, that they didn't understand the terms and some that didn't get the tickets on time. I got more and more worried about waiting 5 months to receive the tickets, and worried whether I would ever receive the tickets, but when i went back to the TicketSales site, all the info there said that all sales are final. Then my friend went and bought himself better tickets than mine from a normal ticket vendor site, and they cost less than half of what i paid TicketSales.com. Also, he received his tickets right away. I contacted TicketSales.com on their chat app and asked politely and repeatedly for a refund, but they politely refused and then eventually they ended the chat saying that their answer was final. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw many similar complaints. Complaint ID: *******

Bought ticket to Musical, got the "email" to accept ticket, when I clicked on the link it says there is no tickets. Reached out to support twice and they tried to resend me the same email, then they just disconnected mid session. Paypal didn't help at all either, never using Paypal to pay again.

In January I paid big bucks for Red Sox/Yankees game and haven't gotten the tickets 2 months later and can't track down the seller or follow up on the situation. No support. Going to contact Better Business Bureau. Have never used before. Will never use again.

Absolute horrid experience. They charge double what the venue does and then you have to transfer tickets to another app to even get your tickets. What a load of hot garbage. Basicaly 3rd party scalpers that over charge and no money goes to the event or musician group. Super annoying hustle borderlining a scam. Will be letting everyone know about this company and their overcharging tax on events through all platforms so people arent getting ripped off.

I would steer clear of this company. Made a simple, easily correctable mistake with my purchase and contacted them as it says to do at the bottom of your receipt. They told me it was pretty well "so sad for you, can't help you, and that I should try and resell the tickets myself". I looked into this and that's when I realized how crazy overpriced they were to begin with!

I decided to buy tickets to The Manhattans At Yoshis in Oakland. I google Yoshis and this ticket seller comes up. Now Tickets to the show are $89 for front rows and Meet and Greet... General Admission is $59 I think. Tickets are still available. TICKET SALES warns you first that tickets are all General Admission and that you sit via when you arrive. Then they show three prices $85, $121, and finally $269 all written out different BUT FOR THE SAME SEATING. RIP OFF THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I am about to purchase the front row seats from YOSHIS for $89... DAMN Shame. Today is 2-20-22 show is 3-12-22. DONT BELIEVE ME CALL THEM AND SEE IF THEY TELL YOU THE TRUTH... Show still available... Tickets for $59 and $89 they are selling them today at 3 different prices ALL INSANE...$85, $121 and $269. THE PROOF OF PURCHASE I SUBMITTED IS FROM YOSHIS... not this scam outit

Got an email today that my event cancelled, trying to get me to use a credit, but stating that, "If you wish to pursue a full refund, in lieu of the 120% store credit option, you should contact our customer service team within 7 days." I've tried calling, but cannot get a live person - only a VRU with recorded messages and the "live chat" is a bot that ends when it finds out my event was cancelled.
This company is, in effect, preventing anyone with a cancelled ticket from getting a refund. I wish I'd checked them out first because their horrible service, overcharging, and refusal to provide refunds is well documented.

Charge $327 for Gladys Knight tickets with a $75 service charge they disclose the charges after they run your card I tried to stop it from going through they would not answer their phone and then they ended up sending electronic tickets through my email there is no customer service they are nothing better than a scalper they should be shut down..
