I accidentally purchased a ticket from them (had several tabs open on my computer). Noticed it within minutes and contacted customer support. The first representative just disconnected me from the live chat. Contacted them the second time but they keep repeating the same thing over and over again saying how sorry they are but in reality not trying to help. They did not answer my question I asked like 3 times and did not provide me with a refund mentioning (for sure) their terms and conditions that their site even does not make sure for people to read.
I will try to file for a chargeback.
After I was refused a refund, I went on the site for the concert I purchased tickets for and the tickets this company sells are 20% more expensive.
I would not recommend them to anyone
The Ron White show was canceled and rescheduled for a night my other friends can not go.

Just make sure if you do puchase anything from them that you don't need to contact them because THEY WONT get back to you. I purchased tickets for a show months ago and then lost my copy of my tickets. I sent them multiple emails asking for assistance with this but never got a response. So if you want your tickets marked up in price for nothing in return then yeah, TicketSales is right up your avenue.

They use a phony knock off web page of your local event page and charge double the price in American than it would cost you normally. There out to screw people and that's it.

Ticket prices are 50% marked up from ticket master. Don't buy your tickets here! Accidentally purchased tickets here and 2 days after realizing my mistake could not cancel my order and get a refund.

I bought tickets from TicketSales in December 2021 for a show on February 22,2022. On February 2,2022 TicketSales emailed me as the show had been rescheduled to May 26,2022. The email also said the tickets would be delivered 2 weeks before the event. On May 2nd, I received an email saying the tickets would be delivered 2 days before the show. I then received three more emails about the ticket delivery being delayed further. I contacted TicketSales on May 26 (the date of the show) as I hadn't received the tickets yet, and was told that I would get my tickets at least 2 hours before the show. So I waited... and waited. I contacted TicketSales 30minutes after the show started because I STILL didn't have any tickets. It was only then they informed me that the show had been cancelled. They initially tried to give me 'Store Credit,' but I insisted on a full refund, and they eventually agreed but wouldn't give me an approximate timeline. Out of curiosity I looked up when the show was cancelled - it was cancelled on February 26,2022 - TWO MONTHS PRIOR. TicketSales basically gaslit me up until the time of the event, and held my money under false pretenses. I ended up calling Visa and issued a dispute because I was doubtful that I would ever get a refund. I guess Visa agreed because they processed it right away. TicketSales.com is 10/10 a Scam.

This digital ticket scalping service overcharged me 50% on ticket price and processing fees. They stated tickets were limited and in high demand. Neither was true! The venue had plenty of tickets available at their retail price. And since this is a 3rd party resale scalping scheme, none of these overcharges go to the venue or performers.
As soon as I received the charges, I immediately called their Customer Service and was told there's nothing they can do. Then I submitted a written compliant to the customer service site and haven't received any feedback. I put a hold on my credit card charge but based on other reviews, have little faith they will say do the right thing and reimburse the overpriced charges. I plan to continue to share my frustrating experience online and with others, in the hopes others aren't scammed like I was!

BE AWARE! This site transfers tickets through TicketMaster. I was unable to access my tickets over the weekend due to an error and neither ticketmaster nor ticketsales got back to me. I was unable to attend the concert. I took screenshots of the error and called ticketsales the following Monday being assured I would receive a refund - never received it and when I called back they said their investigations team denied the claim. Do not buy through this site - go directly to the concert venue - don't waste your time or money!

Unfortunately most people have been scammed by this company but only find out after purchasing tickets and finding they paid way too much and then the company has an absolute zero refund or cancellation policy. After reading reviews it seems like tickets are not legit or have been used and people still can't get their money back.
I didn't go to this site, I ended up on it by some kind of click bait or redirection and didn't even mean to be on an American site as I was trying to obtain tickets for a local ball game.
You cannot contact a person by phone, email or live chat - they set it up so you have to enter a selection and cancelling/refunds are not an option and there is no option to talk to someone.
The only option I have to attempt to recover the $236 overcharge is to have my credit card company dispute the transaction. What a disappointment for Fathers Day tickets.

Bought tickets for my disabled daughter's birthday. It will be her first concert. First problem, I purchased the tickets and somehow my venue got changed. Fine, I just planned a trip further away than expected. Second problem and major problem, I did all my research and thought I had a great deal with the seats and price. I get my confirmation and the seats changed. I now paid more than double the cost of a general admission ticket for general admission. The concert is this weekend and I'm so disappointed. My daughter thought she was getting amazing seats for her first ever concert, instead we get horrible seats at more than double what I should've paid.

I purchased tickets for a concert that had two bands. After I purchased the tickets, the band that I wanted to see cancelled, but the show is still happening with a different band. I asked for a refund because the act I wanted to see is no longer on the bill. They refused to even consider a refund even though they have do not have my tickets yet. They suggested that I try to resell them when they can't tell me the seat numbers and won't send them to me until the day before the show. It's a bad way to do business and I don't recommend working with them.

I thought I was buying tix from Pageant of the Masters. I only realized that I was not after I had confirmed purchase and was sent an email from Ticketsales.com. 15 minutes after purchase, I called asking for a refund because I had been misled. This was 3 months before the event and the confirming email said that this was an "offer to procure the tix." They would not refund the money because their entire business model is based on taking advantage of customers. I would advise you to stay away from this website - unless you enjoy over-paying.

I had bought 4 tickets for shen yun 6 months in advance from ticketsales.com.($1266) hearing nothing from them until 2 days before the event, they called and left a message for me to call them back. I call and they offer me $150 off to take floor level seats in the back. I said no thank you. They said they would call back. So I had another message to call right away. I called back and a lady told me my tickets were not available and she could sale me the floor level seats. I told her to forget it and cancel my order if she would not give me the tickets I had already bought and paid for through them. She processed my refund and I went directly to the shen yun website to find there ticket sales. I watched my four seats change from sold to available so I clicked on them and bought them for $636. I will never use ticketsales.com again and you shouldn't either.

If I could have given no stars, I would have. I got charged double the price of my ticket with no effort to resolve - over $200 for two $40 tickets.
