I purchased two tickets to a concert at Tanglewood in June 2022. The concert was rescheduled to Sept 2022 because of COVID. In mid July we noticed that one of the two tickets was missing. I contacted TicketSales via Chat and they said that I would receive an email telling me how to get a replacement. Email never received. Contacted them today and got the same answer, the "team" is working on it and I will receive an email. I doubt I will ever receive the replacement ticket - I will take it up with Visa. In addition, these people charge a $ 50.00 fee on top of the ticket price AND charge $ 14.00 for shipping of two tickets, which were shipped one MONTH before the concert, so could have easily been shipped via U.S. mail at a fraction of that price. I will not attend any concerts at Tanglewood in the future if they are using these clowns for tickets. I wish I could have rated them with zero stars. BEWARE.
Bought tickets April 2022, concert is tonight at 7:00 PM tonight August 6th and we don't have our tickets it's 10:46 AM - I don't believe we'll get them due to the CSR repeats the same thing over and over and over again. You're guaranteed to get your tickets before the concert starts, We're 250 miles from KC and based on their continued broken promises that we'll get the tickets before the concert we're NOT going to go on their word. I would NOT recommend using this company. They say that they cannot contact the seller and we just have to wait - Their customer service is located in the Philippines & there's no supervisors, when asked to be transferred to the tracing department or someone that can help, You're told there's no one and that you just have to trust them and wait for the email to come in... I'd say I've been scammed - How does a companies like this operator in the USA - from the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one burnt by this company. This company NEEDS to be shut down.

Our concert was rescheduled due to COVID, and we could not attend the new date. They refused to exchange the tickets, and the theater did too, saying they could not guarantee the tickets were legitimate. And the insurance we paid for? Useless, because concert reschedules are not covered. No one would help us, and we were out over $300 through no fault of our own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you don't mind throwing away your money.

First off this company is the middleman between you and some random person selling tickets. They will not send you your tickets until the day before a show or the DAY OF! So if you have friends coming from out of town there is no way to plan your night because you don't know if or when your tickets will show up. So if you have to sell one you are completely screwed! Second, they sell you a general ticket for the section your in... so you may think your front row after paying $2300 but then they say no your between row a-m? That is also total bs. When you buy from ticket master you know where you are. Last this companies customer service is god awful! Have the time you get someone who cant speak English. You can also tell they are reading from a prepared script. I talked to 5 different reps and got the same bs answer every time. Then they transfer you because they do not want to deal with your issue. To sum it up you are better off buying from Ticket Master direct. I messed up and gave them a try I recommend that you don't do what I did and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

In attempting to purchase 2 tickets to a venue, the amount changed to 8 tickets. While I noticed the change before confirming the order and changed the amount back to 2, unbeknownst to me, the technology again changed the amount to 8. Upon confirmation and the surprise notification that my order was confirmed for 8 tickets, I immediately called customer service. Juan M was very cordial but would not correct the issue and refused to explain why an order made within 5 minutes could not be reversed. Their technology is subpar and service is horrible. Furthermore, in attempting to resell the tickets, per instructions, numerous error messages appeared making it impossible to resell. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I bought multiple tickets to a concert from Ticketsales.com after being redirected from Ticketmaster (note: I thought I was buying from a reputable company but ended up with this broker, I still don't know how!) I paid almost $500, but despite trying multiple times, I never received the tickets. I spent approximately two-and-a-half hours on the phone with representatives of this so-called company, who kept giving me the "good news" that my tickets were allegedly being transferred to me, and directing me to various websites and apps where I could receive them. Even had me set up extra accounts with alternate email addresses. Long story short, never could receive the tix. Finally, when I asked for a full refund, I was told that their TOS put the onus on me and that I would not receive a dime! I have a word for that, and it's called FRAUD. So here's what I did -- I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau and simultaneously with my credit card company. What do you know, a little leverage is helpful? Within a week's time I received a full refund and an apology. Doesn't do much to help me as I have multiple disappointed would-be concert attendees to deal with, and a LOT of bad feelings towards this company. I will never, ever do business with them again. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Terrible company! Don't use this one. I bought tickets through this company, they took off more than they should. Looking forward to the concert. I also paid for the hotel, we are from another city, and before the concert, a week before the concert, they called me from this company and said that they did not have my places. They offered to either return the money or agree to other tickets to worse places and they will refund me 50 dollars. How could I not settle for the worst places when I had already paid for the hotel, took a vacation from work and waited for the concert for almost half a year? When I asked how they sold me tickets that they don't have, they couldn't answer me. Will never use this company again, be very careful!

I feel so ripped off. First, they charged $335 for a $179 ticket (which only became clear once the tickets were emailed for download). Second, they charage an outrageous $194 service fee. Finally, they charge a $7 email fee for sending the tickets, which costs them nothing.
Worse, I contacted the venue and they said there would be NO WAY to verify that the tickets are valid until we appear at the venue the day of the performance. Other reviewers have reported discovering, upon following just such a process, that the tickets in fact were NOT valid.
I've gotten my credit card involved. These guys crow about their prowess at defeating credit card challenges. We shall see.
I was stupid for not going directly to the event venue in the first place. Don't repeat my mistake. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

I bought some tickets to a Nascar race thinking that I was on the vendor site, when in actuality my computer had rerouted me to this site. As soon as I purchased the tickets, I realized I had made a mistake and contacted them (which was all but impossible) immediately, explained my situation, and asked for the transaction to be cancelled. It was literally 15-20 minutes after I made the purchase. They just stonewalled me, said no refunds. No customer service whatsoever. And the email of the sales summary I received does not even list my seat numbers, just the section and row. I read a ton of reviews on different sites and saw that hundreds of others had a terrible experience with this business as well, and I'm not even confident that I will receive the right tickets, or receive them at all. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted my credit card company as well. STAY AWAY FROM TICKETSALES.COM.

Ticketsales.com is a total scam. You will not get your tickets, you will spend hours chasing them, you will be incredibly frustrated because their support sucks and you will be chatting with bots that will not help you. They do not offer refunds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ticketsales is refusing a refund for tickets that were never sent to me. Long story short, bought tickets to a show that got rescheduled. Venue re-issued tickets for the second event. Tickets reverted back to original purchaser (the ticketsales.com seller), and the seller never sent over the new tickets. Ticketsales will not refund the purchase even though I never received the re-issued tickets.
Secondary issue- for my initial purchase I thought I was buying tickets directly from the venue, not a third party re-seller. Their website is very deceptive.

I bought 4 tickets on May 9th from ticketsales.com. This Company ADDED $342.20 is BOGUS SERVICE CHARGES AND 6.95 EMAIL FEE. In addition they NEVER sent me the tickets! Ticketsales.com is a PURE SCAM! I tried calling them and emailing them. NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY! Simply a PURE SCAM! Don't make the same mistake I did! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!

They seem to function as a broker for people or companies selling tickets. This requires them to transfer the tickets electronically. We were unable to access our electronically transferred tickets leading to at least one hour of IT troubleshooting and phone calls, and still no tickets yet.
I would avoid them in the future if at all possible.

I bought tickets thru TicketSales in December for a concert in July. Never received my tickets. Made 4 calls to these folks - their tel-prompt system is a total scam. Only way I got to a live person was go thru the "buy tickets" options - then was transferred around. Three times was told my tickets would be transferred to TicketMaster - NEVER WERE! Missed the concert. No refund offered. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM - EVER! Their total lack of Customer Service is only surpassed by their total lack of performance!

I purchased tickets to a concert at Chateau Ste Michelle in Woodinville, WA. The tickets were paid for on May 27th, 2022 with a concert date of June 16th, 2022. I received an email acknowledging payment and saying that I should expect an electronic transfer of the tickets by June 10th, 2022. I never received the tickets electronically or physically. I contacted ticketsales.com the day of the concert and they said they attempted to reach the seller and have them transfer the tickets but there was never a response and I never received anything. They told me at that time they would conduct an investigation that would take three to five days. I called back yesterday, June 23rd and was told that they are only a secondary provider and do not provide refunds unless the event is completely cancelled. So I paid $244 for these tickets which were never delivered, did not get to attend the concert, and they are refusing to repay the $244 even though they did not provide the service the money paid for.

I very much wish that I had read the reviews for this site before trying to purchase a parking pass at Jones Beach for a DMB concert. I spent $115+ for a VIP parking spot. They sent an email with a link to accept the parking pass on Ticket Master, but when I clicked accept, nothing happened. I spoke to Ticket Master and they confirmed that there was nothing on my account to accept. Oh, and according to Ticket Master, parking passes are generally not even transferrable. Ticket Sales sent another link, but this time when I clicked on it I got a message that the offer had expired or been withdrawn. What? I paid for the ticket, and did not receive any refund on my credit card. Plus, it was still days before the concert, so how could it have expired? After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, with each time being told that I had to accept the ticket on Ticket Master, even though I kept telling them there was nothing there to accept, customer service just stopped responding to my emails (although Ticket Sales keeps emailing me with special "offers" for other events). I guess they plan on keeping my money, even though they never delivered my parking pass. Unbelievable gall on their part, and one hell of a way to treat customers. Avoid at all costs.

Scam! Run! And they post fake reviews. Lots of broken english. And somehow they have 5 star reviews with single words like "horrible", "worst", and "no". So it seems they have a way to turn the 1 star reviews into 5 stars. So dont trust their reviews. Especially on their website. Shady! They should be shut down!

After buying $494 worth of tickets for a baseball game I called within 30 mins to ask them to cancel my purchase because my guest that were flying in had their flight delayed and we're not going to make it in town in time for that game. Did not care and no refund nor credit. Will NEVER use this company again and they clearly don't care about customer service.
