I'm old school, a person who used cash and tickets, and it has changed quite drastically. I needed help from my friend who has kids of course, and she handled the ticket transaction like it was elementary school. Hopefully, one day, I see it like that, because there are events I want to attend!

This is the WORST service ever, a complete scam. No option to physically get your tickets sent to you via mail so you have them in-hand. Did not get my electronic tickets until I called several times to request them the day of the event. I was connected with someone from another country that could barely understand my concerns or questions. It is not evident unit after you pay, that you just blew your money on a scam because the e-mail you get states "*TicketSales.com does not provide refunds or exchanges for ticket transfers that were not accepted or declined. All sales are final." if your event is canceled ticketsales.com does not create they have your money, if you have to drive over an hour to get to the venue they will not help you with directions, where to park etc.
I didn't realize I wasn't on the venue web site until I had already paid. I will be much more careful in the future to avoid using your service. I paid double what I needed to obtain tickets.

THIS is a terrible company. Their charge for the orchestra seating through their website is $498.00 and you can get the SAME TICKETS on the website for $30.00! They give 7 minutes to put in all your credit card information and they charge you a HIGH service charge and ALSO an EMAIL Delivery fee. My tickets ended up being about $35.00 MORE than advertised. STAY AWAY! GO TO SIGHT AND PURCHASE THE TICKETS---- THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK EVEN BEFORE THEY SENT TICKETS.

When buying tickets for an event, I picked out row and seats believing I was on the events website. After purchase (over 400.00) I received email from ticketsales telling me my section and seats were not guaranteed, that they would "try" to put me in a similar section. At no time prior to purchase was I informed. Maybe its in very fine print somewhere, I do not know, but it should be in bold print and pop up to let you know you may not/will not get the tickets you purchased. Lastly, I do have proof of purchase, but too much personal info on there to upload to web...no matter how much black out I put on it, it bleeds through.

I purchased three what was supposed to be $10 tickets for an event ended up being charged $161.50 I called within 10 minutes and they wouldn't cancel my order now. I have to wait for it to post on my credit card to dispute it And the worst part is because they don't even have the tickets in hand. I'm gonna have to purchase them from the venue to be sure I actually have tickets. We have a 12 hour trip and I don't want to get there and not have tickets. This company is ridiculous and they don't provide any transparency on extra charges. No seating chart and I didn't know the price total until it was paid for this is a scam.
