Easy to use

Easy to Use website. Service Charge add's 30% to ticket prices. Didn't see that coming. Checked out stubhub and nfl ticket exchange and same thing.

Ticket prices are very high and then added service charge is more than any other company I have ever used. Tickets are not emailed when ordered which leads to concerns over delivery.

Bought 2 tickets for a concert through this site. It was great, very easy to navigate. However when I received my confirmation email, I had $73 in service fees and when I checked my bank account I had an additional $45 taken from my account for the 2 tickets! The service and handling fees were just as much as the 2 tickets themselves! Not a happy customer over here! Will not be using this site ever again!

Why charge a fee for electronic tickets, and not get them automatically. Most other sites you get your tickets right away and no charge for electronic tickets.

HORRIBLE

I have had to call customer service 6 times so far. I have no idea if the tickets I bought months ago will show up in time for my event. I have never experienced a worse service for buying tickets. It just shouldn't be this hard. The communication is awful. Do not use this service.

7 doller "delivery Fee"

Dont know why i have to pay a 7 dallar "delivery fee" for an email that is automatically generated. Doesnt make much sense. I could understand if i select deliver by mail.

Interesting experience

Worked really nicely at first. And then towards the end it became complicated and time consuming. Calling and trying to talk to the person helping me was a waste of time. They didn't listen to my problem and I'm concerned my tickets are being emailed to the incorrect email.

I tried to buy a ticket for a Canunks game through ticket experts. The email receipt of my purchase including a 7.95 USA delivery charge on top of the 15.30 service fee came immediately. My ticket did not come so I called the company and they told me there was an error on their end for that ticket. They offered me another ticket so I took that offer went to a place where I could print it but it didn't show up before I had to leave to make it to game on time. It showed up on route so I tried to down load it so I could print it in next town. Next problem it will not down load I phone the customer service again they tell me I can only download it from a computer. They will not cancel it so I can buy a ticket at the gate. They will not send it to will call. They tell me to go to a Walgreens. I live in Canada, there are no Walgreens. Now thanks to the ineptness of this company I will be late for the game and I am still short a ticket. I basically threw my money away. Never use this company unless you don't really need the ticket.
