They are the biggest scam out there! I can't believe they are getting away with it! You are going to lose so much money!

I order tickets with a 50% upcharge and order the tickets the day of the concert. They cancelled the show on the day I order the tickets. I have still not gotten my tickets and they have never contacted me on when the concert is being rescheduled and you cannot get a refund. Beware of ordering tickets from this site!

Negative Zero rating - Stressful to accidently purchase from this website that marks up the ticket price by 4 times the market value. My fault for being a sucker and seeing it for what it was but then it was too late. No real way to speak to a real person there as phone # goes nowhere and the email mail address auto replies it's unmonitored. Saw that this site has tons of complaints with the BBB but is still is business taking advantage of unsuspecting buyers.

Do not buy any tickets from them! If the event gets cancelled and rescheduled for a date you can not attend they will NOT refund you! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There LOGO looks like Ticket Master so you can get easily confused!

DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGENTS ARE TERRIBLE. IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS SCORE I WOULD. PAID $83.50 TO PARK AT PPG PARKING GARAGE IN PITTSBURGH. You'll be triple the price for ticket. This business should be shut down! The total purchase from this site was $84.00 more than on Ticketmaster website.

I would not use this site again, tried to get refund since I did not get my ticket and they refused to help and refund me. They said I was sent email which I did not get to my inbox. I paid cash at the event for parking. I now have to go to the bank and have it taken off my credit card.

Only after the purchase was complete did I find out TICKET CENTER charged me a $494 service fee. Unlike legit ticket sites; when you want a refund you can't get one. My event was rescheduled a week before- for 6 months later, and I was unable to get a refund. I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF. This was a large $$ amount.

Unfortunately, I was too naive to realize that I overpaid for my tickets to see the Nutcracker with my wife.
It wasn't until I received my tickets that I found out how much I overpaid.
Once burned… lesson learned!

They PAY Google to beat legitimate venues to the top of search results to redirect business to their sub-par, scalped, and fraudulent products. They are a dirty overseas company scamming Americans out of event tickets and money.

Google should be ashamed that they allow this company to be placed ahead of legitimate sources for tickets. People, especially seniors, who are unfamiliar with this technology, get tricked into using them. That is when they charge outrageous fees and services as well as high ticket prices. But Google makes a lot of money from this scheme so they will never do anything about it. Unfortunately no one reads these reviews before they get sucked in.
I was not paying proper attention when I was billed $370 for $176 worth of tickets. On top of that, I can't pick them up at the theater until one hour before the performance. By then if I can't get the tickets it will be too late to do anything about it. When I went to complain about this, my virus software stopped me from going to their customer service site. These are truly scam artist!
There is a possibility of some small REVENGE. If we all, once or twice per day, log into this site and stop half way through the buying process, Google will charge them for our visits but there will be no benefit to this company. If enough people did this, these scammers might be encouraged to move on to more honest business dealings.

They advertise as representing the venue not a 3rd person scalper but that's what they are. Their customer service is awful and they won't even give me my tickets until the day before the event. I don't even trust that the tickets are legit.

These crooks pay big bucks to be first in a Google search for tickets. Beware of the shameful markup - up to 70% above the actual price. They will transfer venue tickets to your Ticketmaster account so that even when you dispute the charge, they will claim you have the tickets. I'm only sorry that I do not have the time to go into arbitration to dispute the charge and their dishonest tactics. There's a special place in hell for people like these.

These people are scam artist! I got rerouted to their website and paid double for tickets that we ended up having to re-purchase the night of the event because the seats they sold us actually were not even seats! I paid over $500 for no seats at a concert! I would never ever do that! They are thieves, they are stealing from people, they are dishonest, and I would never ever ever buy anything from tickets center again! Buyer beware! These people are scumbags

After talking to 3 reps the day of the concert, the tickets were delivered 3 minutes prior to the start of the concert. I live over an hour away! Anybody else see the problem with this? They don't! They still have not reimbursed me for the tickets!

Paid $173.50 dollars for preferred parking at a Beyonce Concert in Phoenix. Showed up at parking, the lot was full and no spaces were available. I was sent to another lot to park, they did not charge me but the parking rate in that lot was $20 and way far away from what I paid for. I called and asked for a refund of the $174 less the $20 for where I parked. I received a message that my complaint was reviewed and no refund would be made. WHAT A SCAM! I would never buy anything through Tickets-Center.com!
