Bought parking pass for football event, turns out it was a 3rd party seller. They paid 10 bucks for a parking spot, we paid them them 58 for the spot. Directions and photos of the spot were sent to us at a Park Happy location in Nashville. Parked exactly where directions told us, in exact spot pictures showed. We got back from the game to find a parking violation. We talked to park happy and park whiz, they all blame each other, including ticket center allowing these 3rd party scams. We pay 58 for parking spot and now a 45 dollar violation. I will never use ticket center again, it's unreliable and you will end up with empty pockets.
I did not realize when I was purchasing that I was buying for a third-party vendor and spent $450+ on orchestra-level seats for the Nutcracker. It was my first time taking my two young boys (ages 5 and 7) and I wanted them to be impressed and to love it. When I arrived, I realized my seats were not on the orchestra level, they were literally the LAST ROW ALL THE WAY AT THE TOP. These seats were no more than $40 each -- I paid $450 for seats that were worth less than $100.
They charged be $960 for tickets that I could buy for $285. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund and you can't talk to a person. This is such a rip off. I don't have the tickets yet and I'm very concerned that they won't work. They are E tickets.
They should NOT be allowed to do business in our state.
I was naive and I've been screwed!
Depsite the "all sales final" and no refunds, etc. it wasn't until I received the order confirmation where it was very clearly stated that the seller does not own these tickets and would procure them for me, that it finally clicked I was dealing with, not just a third party seller but a duplicitous, deceiving one at that. I could not reach a person on the phone and even the "live chat" was a bot! The final straw was receiving an emailed reply when I wanted to cancel because of the fact that they sold me something they did not currently own, telling me that I could find a site where I could then sell the tickets I did not currently have to someone else! Just like they do! It's simple! You too can deceive people into thinking they're buying tickets from a legit box office and then charge them 400% of the face value. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!
Horrible scammers- over prices garbage, there is no way to contact customer service they pose as other ticket companies. Their site states 5 star rating. Check the internet yourself...two or less on every site.
Buying ACT theater tickets in San Francisco, this is the site that popped up first on a web search. They would have charged $240 a ticket instead of the theater which charged $144.
Please stay away from these fraudsters.

Bought tickets to Jesus Christ Superstar. When I got to the venue the tickets I printed from the email they sent were not accepted. I had to go to the box office. The box office informed me I was charged 5 times the ticket value for the show by this company. This company isnt just a lousy company, they are criminals. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
I tried to rectify a mistake I made within 10 minutes of making it. They would do nothing to assist me. I just had to live with tickets I did not want.
On 11/09/2023, my google search for a 20 January event directed me to Tickets Center website (Tickets-Center.com) to purchase tickets. I stupidly thought that this website was the sole provider for this particular venue. Unfortunately, I completed my purchase for $979 believing this website to be something that it's not. They are truly a deceptive business enterprise preying on unsuspecting consumers. I only realized that after I had pressed enter.
Within minutes after completing my mistake, I realized that I had paid double the face amount for tickets that I might not yet receive until 18 January, a period of 69 days.
Within minutes (12:21 EST 9 Nov), I contacted this organization to stop a secondary purchase that they had not yet initiated. I explained that I had subsequently purchased (and actually already received) tickets from Ticketmaster for $412 (a savings of over 57%!) and that if they did not refund the money, then I would dispute the charge with Chase. The agent, May, then proceeded into a 4 minute script about how transparent, open, and honest they are. Bull$#*!. The fact that they have this speech prepared, and how easily it rolled off May's lips is indicative of just how consistently disreputable this organization's business model is. Despite no actual effort or expenditure of resources, this company has absolutely no intention of ever refunding a reasonable request like mine. My event is not for 69 days, and a legitimate company would have no problem honoring a request like mine. But this is not a company that values consumers, it instead preys on us.
The worst ticket buying experience of my life - BY FAR. There is no reason a business like this should survive. Their business model is the worst and their online chat is useless. The process of actually getting a ticket is mind-meltingly bad.
Bought tickets for a concert. Day of concert received a voicemail saying that the seller would like to offer replacement tickets. Not a good feeling. Called them back, was told would be sent a new link with the new tickets. Then was told to log into a person's account to access those tickets, how sketchy is that? Didn't work. Never received email with link for new tickets, which cost $1,600. Had to buy new tickets at the concert. Called them back repeatedly and was told they are investigating. It's been almost 2 weeks and no words or emails from them. Ticketscenter took my money and never delivered their service. Do not use them. Would give them negative stars if I could.
Do not buy tickets through TicketCenter. I purchased tickets for $107 that's true value was only $30 and could not even see the stage. That's a 70% up charge.
I purchased tickets in June for a John Mayer concert on November 5th. I received an email telling me tickets would be available November 3rd. On November 3rd i called Ticket master (as I was instructed the tickets would be transferred to my Ticket master account they informed me I would receive and email 48 hours in advance with my ticket info. When i did not receive an email I chatted with a rep at ticket center who instructed me to download AXS app then the seat geek app. They then advices that they needed a different email address to transfer tickets again. The morning of the concert after no info was received i call ticket center and was told the transfer was under way. 2 hours before the concert I chatted with a rep who told me that the tickets could not be transferred to the new email address. Then instructed me to again create profiles in ticket master and seat geek for the other email address. So now I have duplicate profiles on multiple sites but no tickets. We bought new tickets and have not resolved the issue with Ticket center. Horrible customer service. Horrible crooks an expensive lesson for me.

I very seldom buy any concert or show. When I searched for the title, this site came up and I thought just like movie ticket, I need to buy from a third party! When I picked the seats, I was sure I picked something closer to the stage for $150 per ticket thinking I must be getting a pretty decent seat. I bought two tickets and there'sa $45 processing fee plus taxes… all in all, $430 for two tickets! Never spent so much for tickets. Anyway, when we get to the theater, we literally sat second to the last row! Totally ripe off! Will NEVER buy from them again.
After delay in getting the tickets for the LSU - Army football game on I ordered, customer service found replacement tickets with an "unobstructed" view. The seats were great as long as you only wanted to see things between the goal posts and about the 30 yard line from each end of the field. Otherwise you just got to see the medical tent as noted in the attached photo. In asking others about these seats, this apparently is the case for EVERY football visiting team and where they put the medical tent. So much for the unobstructed view. Spent most of time watching the Jumbotron so might as well have watched on television instead of paying $600.
Bought 2 x CDN$135 tickets to Cirque de Soleil, a Canadian company performing in Vancouver Canada where I live. When charge came through my Visa the actual amount debited was CAD$616.01. Reasons given were deceptive and without recourse. Horrible experience!
This website is a scam. Please DO NOT use it. They do not employ good faith business practices and will sell you a product for 3x what it is worth. They completely take advantage of people with deceptive practices. This website should be shut down.
They came up first on the web search - We were thinking we were on the PAC website. They charged 109.00 for 30.00 tickets, plus a service fee of 31.00 per ticket. A complete scam, so make sure you are on the real website for the event before you proceed. A lot of red flags, like not being able to give you actual seat numbers, and only having limited seating choices.
Hopefully they will be prosecuted and put out of business soon.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
