Took me from the venue website unknowingly. Crazy high priced. Didn't realize I was on another site. Was supposed to get my electronic tickets two days before event and never did. Called and emailed. Got two different answers. Disputing the credit card charge. This website is fraudulent.
I am stuck in Israel with no way out. Because of the war, I cannot get a flight until next week. I asked for a refund for my Sunday 10/15 NYC Ballet tickets. No Way they responded. It's your problem.
We don't care. Our policy is no refund.
I would never recommend or use this company again
I purchased two concert tickets from this company over six months in advance of the concert. Paid a premium price as well. When I discovered that I would not be able to attend I went to resell my tickets only to discover that I had not been assigned seats yet and none would be assigned to me until the day of the concert. Therefore I was not able to sell my tickets,,, plus this company would do anything to help me sell them. I lost over $800 on this. TIcket Center is a scam. Use another site for your ticket purchase. They took my money and ran. Very frustrating to do buisness with a company like this.
They pretend to be affiliated with the theatre and sell tickets three time their real value. I got scammed. Overpaid 120 dollars.
I rarely to to events, so when my friend and I decided to see Jesus Christ Superstar in Duluth, I googled the venue and tickets. I ended up on TicketsCenter not realizing they are a reseller. Tickets were expensive, but again, since this is something I don't commonly do, I surprised, but not suspicious. With a ticket price of $129 and service fees that added another $50.this is an expensive night for me. About an hour after purchasing, I was talking to another interested friend and they had just seen the same tickets on TicketMaster for $40. I called TicketsCenter to cancel and the rep (after checking with the "back office") told me that my best option was to re-list the tickets with them so they could try to sell them again (no guarantees). No chance for a straight up refund. I'll be much more careful next time.
I mistakenly had thought that this was the actual event location's own ticketing, but later learned I had made the mistake. The event venue's website is HORRIBLE and confusing, so it took a while for me to find out that these sheisters had marked up this ticket by OVER 400%. That's not a profit margin, or a "fee", that's USURY. I have to find as many ways to stop them as I can, so other unsuspecting buyers don't make the same mistake.
Event Tickets Center sold me tickets for an event that did not exist. When I attempted to request a refund, they stated that they needed "proof" they the concert did not take place. I provided a link to the Kentucky Opera website showing all performance dates and times. They then stated "Unfortunately, we have been unable to find any indication of the event being canceled or postponed through the link you shared with us". Unbelievable, since the link clearly showed exactly when each performance took place - none of which matched the tickets I bought. A competent ticket seller would know when the events they are selling are held. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I made a mistake and ordered these tix too quickly. After connecting with customer service within an hour of my mistaken order they would not cancel my order or offer any refund.
Plus their fees are super high!
Purchased 3 tickets from Ticket Center.Tickets were invalid at the time of the show. They wouldn't do anything to help resolve the issue! Horrible horrible customer service!
Bought 2 concert tickets $30 each for a total of $60 plus service fees. I was billed $185. Disputed the charge with my bank to no avail. Do not use this ticket agency, buyer beware. A rip off.
I do not recommend using them for event parking. My flight was delayed and I was unable to attend the event much less use the parking pass I had paid for. I was able to sell my tickets to the event. However, even though I did not use a parking space for the event, TicketsCenter did no allow a refund. Total absurdity. Not only did I not get a refund, I found out the parking was way overpriced compared to using the parking at the stadium. Before going to the even please make sure that you look at other options.
An absolute scam of a company. It's so disheartening how people have no morals anymore and enjoy ripping other people off manipulatively.
I purchased tickets to Nick Carter, thinking I was buying from the actual venue. They presold tickets that weren't even for sale by the actual venue yet, but advertised in such a way that you thought there were hardly any tickets left. It also puts a countdown timer on check out so you can't adequately review their policies and what is happening. They sold the tickets for 2 - $595. Now, one month after the tickets have been released (and 2 months after the Price Gouging Scam from Tickets Center) you can buy the same row tickets for $110. They still haven't provided my tickets since they are a "reseller" and have to wait for someone else to sell their tickets for me to have any.
Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! They offer tickets that are not valid and then don't reverse charges when you learn of the fraud
I made the mistake of purchasing tickets on their platform without looking at other platforms. Currently, the google algorithm is working in their favor. Be careful if you decide use tickets-center because they do not do "cancellations" and "refunds" of tickets. Their business model is reselling scalped tickets and price gouging customers. Really middle men taking money off top= scourges of the world. It's $100 lesson for me as I could have gotten those same tickets for $100 less by direct purchase from ticket master for an event 3 months out. Anyways, I hope this helps anyone that reads this from losing money. I will never use their platform ever again. Best of luck out there everyone.
I could have swore I went into Ticketmaster site but instead I got into this horrible site. The two tickets I saw which were not great tickets but they were in the main section cost over $600.00! Like an idiot I bought them because I thought I was in Ticketmaster. Now I am trying to get my credit card to reject the charges. I did fin the actual Ticketmaster site and purchased much better seats for a little over $200.00.
Took over a month to finally get my tickets just to find out I was charged $312.$$ for 2 tickets worth $49 each. The name on the tickets I've never even heard of before. Will I even get into the event?
Buyer beware… this is a third-party seller. They are selling Ticket Master's lousy seats and doubling the prices. If you purchase from TicketCenter they never send the tickets… you have to go through a lengthly process of inquiry with them only to find that Ticket Master really holds your tickets and they have doubled the price.
Be very careful when purchasing through this website! They walk a very fine legal line. My Daughter was trying to surprise me and bought 2 tickets to see a show in London, ON, CAN. They charged over $1,000 US. My Daughter unfortunately wasn't paying attention to this outrageous price. When I was aware of her purchase, I checked how much 2 tickets would be through the actual venue and they are only $220 CAN for the pair! I contacted tickets-center pleading with them about my Daughter's mistake and they essentially threw their terms and conditions in my face. They told me I can try reselling the tickets, but no one in their right mind would pay the amount we would have to charge to get our money back, nor would I ever scam someone into doing so! And don't waste your time filing a dispute through PayPal as they don't help either. This company takes advantage of people. No wonder there is a class action lawsuit. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!
Shortly after Aaron Rogers signed with NY Jets I purchased tickets to the Patriots vs Jets game for September 24,2023 at MetLife Stadium. On September 21, I received an email telling me my tickets were ready for electronic transfer. I tried but the link did not work. I never did receive my tickets. I paid $2821 for two tickets to a game I never got to see. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
