This site is misleading and unethical. I pre-purchased tickets when tickets were released and received tickets in the last row of the arena. So the worst seats in the arena. I paid over $244 a ticket, yet I that section on their site shows tickets are $89 each. When purchasing them, they provided get best available seats, which is not the case. They provide the most expensive resale ticket they have. Very disappointing.

I "accidentally" bought parking tickets for a Rockies game and clearly went to the wrong website.

I paid 39.00 plus 18.00 in fees for a garage with a maximum fee of 20.00 daily.
Rockies parking is 19.00!

THIS SITE POPS UP AND I GOT FOOLED. I PAID 3 TIMES MORE THAN TICKET MASTER.
I'M NEW TO THIS AND DIDN'T DO MY DUE DILIGENCE TO LOOK AT REVIEWS.

I have been trying to download my ticket, which I bought in May. I need to sell it. No help at alll.

I went to FooFighters.com and clicked the "buy tickets" link. It is a tiny venue for this band & tix were going to sell out in minutes. I had to act fast to get them. I thought the face value of my tickets were $529 and fees were outrageous... But pay it or don't go, right?. It turns out that tickets DID sell out immediately and tickets center had somehow transferred me to their site -- Without telling me. I thought I was on the same site and tickets just cost that much. Face value prices ($159) were a fraction of the price I paid ($529) and I feel cheated. When I called, they said they partner with certain sites and bands, and when tickets sell out, customers are automatically transferred to this site as a favor to help those who still want tickets to a sold out event. Sneaky... Now I can't even sell them, because everyone else paid so much less. I acted quickly because I knew they would sell fast. I am not believing the bands nor ticket-selling sites are "partners" with this site. Foo Fighters are vocal about not liking scalpers and try to do things to stop them. I think this site somehow did something shady to make it look like the same site so I would not go shopping at other resale sites selling them for much cheaper..

My husband bought tickets to La Boheme at the Met for my birthday through TicketsCenter. To be fair, for the past 43 years, I've been the one that buys tickets and would never have fallen for this crap - but he wanted to surprise me, so...

A few days ago, he told me about the tickets and went online to show me where they were on the seat map. That's when we both discovered that 1) he doesn't actually HAVE tickets - just the promise of them, 2) the promised tickets are in the back of the third tier balcony, not in the orchestra he thought he was buying, and 3) he paid THREE TIMES the price that the Met is charging for actual orchestra seats.
AND 4) The performance is on the 13th. We're supposed to leave for New York on the 9th. The 'confirmation' states he'll receive the tickets no later than the 10th.

Bottom line: I'm annoyed, and he feels horrible.

Refused to exchange tickets with erroneous date. Four available exchange dates available a month in advance.

Purchased tickets for TSMO before Ticket Master released their tickets, from a seller (Moni) from Ticket Center. Understood there would be a markup. Did not appreciate an almost 200% markup on base tickets, and an almost 300% markup with fees. Was under the impression that Ticket Center was the third party, not some random seller. No recourse available through Ticket Center, no consumer protections from consumers. It seems we are also lucky in getting our seats together, as it wasn't until AFTER purchase of the tickets that a disclaimer came up that seats may not be together. Ticket Center agent was pleasant, but I doubt my review will be posted or my feedback survey will be actually read.

We never got our tickets and the answer we got every time we spoke to TicketsCenter (hours of being put on hold) was that the seller was unavailable. We had to make a claim for a refund through our credit card company. Do not use this service under any circumstances - unless you want to play Russian Roulette with getting ripped off.

I purchased tickets from this scam of a company and tried to cancel within 30 minutes of my purchase. Cancellation was refused and I was even told "good luck" on getting my money back that if I disputed the purchase with my credit card company it would take we weeks to get my money back if I got it back at all. This company is awful, please save yourself the headache and get your tickets from Ticketmaster or directly from the venue. In addition, my ticket prices were about 3 times face value from these scam artists.

Total price gouging. They pay google to be at the top of the results because they don't expect people to do their research. I fell for it. But just be a fair company with fair practices.

The company policies have placed me in a situation where, I don't have tickets, have been charged for the tickets, the tickets that I would have are in the wrong area (my mistake, which I contacted the company about as soon as I discovered it), and my only possible resolution is to scalp the tickets (tickets that I don't have) to recoup my costs. This is terrible and will either find alternate ticket sellers, or just not go to concerts I'd otherwise see.

I received two in invalid tickets. These tickets are already assigned to someone. When I looked up tickets they also have obstructive views
Which was not reported prior to sale. I asked for a refund and they told me to resell them or to gift them. I can't even access tickets. My apple wallet says pass is invalid and they are disabled.

I picked seats up from so I wasn't surprised the cost was a little higher once you purchase they give you the nose bleed section with no refund please check the site your purchasing on it comes up first when you search the paramount that's what got me. And they refuse to give your money back even after I calls within 15 minutes of the purchase. Scam scam scam

I purchased tickets to see Romeo and Juliet at the Kennedy Center. I accidentally put the wrong date in and purchased the tickets. When I realized the mistake I tried to contact the company immediately. They said to contact them by email unless it was 48 hours before the performance. I emailed them within 5 minutes of the purchase. I received no response for 3 days, so today I called customer service. I was told that even though I made a mistake and tried to fix it immediately and the show is not for 2 1/2 months that they would not refund my money under any circumstances. My only recourse was to resell the tickets myself. These are $575 tickets, I made a simple mistake and they would do absolutely nothing to help. There is nothing on their site where it says all sales are final, unless you look at Terms and conditions - completely hidden from customer sight. This company is nothing more than an unethical scalper. Buyer beware

TicketsCenter is the worst! AWFUL! Terrible customer service with no cancellation policy! You will pay 5 times the amount of other websites! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I bought what I thought were original tickets from my website but they snicked in and didn't realize it. They charge double the $$ and customer service is horrible, absolutely refuses to refund. I checked with the original seller and they don't put tickets out on 3rd party sellers so I don't know how there people get hold of tickets! Makes me think they are fraudulent. I can't believe they get away with this! Please beware!

I am not sure how I ended up on this site instead of the venue for the play I was buying tickets for. They made it seem like tickets were selling out, so I felt I had to buy them right away. I should have been more careful, I was afraid I wouldn't get tickets before they sold out. I ended up finding out they overdoubled the ticket price, and there were tons of tickets still available for the show. I was completely scammed. This site is a complete rip-off. Apparently, scalping is no longer illegal. I will be much more careful next time I purchase event tickets!

Went on line typed in my venue- wolf trap tickets-thought I had reached Wolfe trap to buy tickets. Paid for tickets to a Wolfe trap performance. When I received the tickets by email the price typed on the ticket was half of what I was charged. Immediately called Wolfe Trap who reported that dealt unknowingly with a third party- ticket center who upped the price of the ticket 100% plus processing fees plus convince fee. Wolfe trap further reported that there were many tickets left at the regular price. My first second and third choices when I went on line typing in Wolfe Trap were ticket center. One would normally think that was a ticket center connected to Wolfe trap - but it is not! It's a third party shady entity that buys and sells tickets and happily feeds on the unknowing innocent.
