Unfortunately I was buying direct but I was not. The site is a reseller. They marked up 3 seats by $1,000 from the price I can still buy directly from the vendor (the 3 seats next to the ones I purchased). Please buy direct.

I mistakenly thought I was on the venues website and paid 3X the price the venue would have charged. When I immediately contacted customer service upon realizing my mistake- it was like talking to a brick wall, telling me about their policies and how I could sell the tickets myself, which of course I can't because they are so overpriced. $543.50 for tickets that would have been as low as $39 from the venue! Credit card company was no help in the end. After now reading other reviews, I don't know if I even have legitimate tickets purchased. I am so angry at them (and myself) for being duped.

They have terrible and unacceptable customer service. They're a scam! They'll steal your money and their policy has holes in it to fleece the customer. They will mot give you the experience needed!

I bought tickets for a Duran Duran concert. I didn't realize I was in a third party site and I bought the tickets there. They charged more than double the sale price.

(1) I ordered tickets for the baseball match. They confirmed, then suddenly emailed me that "the order is canceled" without any explanation. I was lucky - the tickets were for $70, while I could buy the exact tickets for $45 on the Yankees page.
(2) I ordered a parking for $50. I did not get the ticket by email 48 hours before the event. I asked for it many times by email and their web page. The answer came... after the ticket expired. Just started the chargeback procedure. BTW the same ticket was for $30 elsewhere...

Ask for photo of gov issue.and selfie holding that. I was not comfortable doing that and ended the transaction. Found tickets on Ticketmaster for less $

Purchased tickets as a gift for my wife. Received confirmations and expected tickets shortly thereafter. When I checked I was told I would receive them 2 days before the event. I do not believe a word of this and am concerned I have been scammed.

I was today scammed by ticket Center they took my credit card detail for purchase of 3 tickets for 1500 usd for Beyoncé show on sept 2 and the tickets were to come electronically
Payment of 1513 usd was made in my credit card, the ticket were to come by mail instead a mail came asking payment authorisation form detail of id photo and bal details of payment made which is ridiculous
This where I cam to know this as fraud why will they ask for bank account details when payment has gone in the credit card
And also the tickets never came
Now I have asked my banker not honour any claim and have blocked my credit card
Bank has ensured to reverse the debit of 1513 usd

I wish I would have checked first. Bought a ticket for a concert 3 hours away, turns out I won't have the ticket until the day before the concert, if at all. Can't reach customer support. I wouldn't recommend this site, ticket was pricey and then $100 in fees for absolutely no service and at this point no ticket either.

The customer rep hanged up the phone while I was still respectfully talking to him. They won't refund their overpriced ticket I bought online thinking their site was Ticketmaster which was misleading, and even if the concert was still about 3 months from now.

This was an absolute mess! It was the most unprofessional transaction I've ever experienced. We bought tickets and 3 days later still didn't have the tickets emailed to us. We drove 8 hours to Seattle and 4 hours on the phone the day of the event still trying to get our tickets. We were told over and over again, "rest assured we are working on contacting the seller. Just stay on hold for a few more minutes." Then I was told the tickets were sent to my email after waiting on hold forever. There were NO tickets. This went on for four hours and 3 password changes and 2 emails changes before we finally got tickets. We had one day in Seattle and spent four hours of that one day on the phone messing with the ticket issue. I would NEVER deal with this company again!

I ordered 3 tickets to a mariners game. They never allowed me to download the tickets. Called and wasted tons of time with them. Still no tickets. The game came and went and still no tickets. Called for a refund and they told me they would not refund my money even though they never gave me the tickets. We'll never use them again. Horrible service. They just stole my money.

First link to pop up on Google and tickets were 3 times the price. Screw this company and screw google for listing them.

After my husband realized I had purchased tickets through this site when looking up the venue at the theater through Google. I was duped into thinking I was purchasing through the theater. I called this ticket site within minutes and also placed a stop payment with my bank. I could not get a real person on the phone and had to go through CHAT to rectify this purchase. They are unwilling to work with you and said I can try to resell them myself, interesting cause that's their entire business is reselling over 200% of the asking price. Do not buy through this site if you don't want to get ripped off.

We bought VIP tickets for a concert back in March, and now in September when the concert is coming up, we realize that the tickets we bought were general admission. We paid hundreds of dollars more for general admission tickets because of their sponsored ads on Google

I wanted to buy tickets to a local show and was rerouted to their website before I knew what was going on exactly. I thought I was still on Ticketmaster, the actual original ticket site for this show. I ended up paying more than double for tickets and immediately after I realized something was not right, I called and requested to speak with customer service. I was told no refunds, nothing they can do, etc., and also told that the "customer service" team doesn't even actually work for tickets-center directly. It's insane to me that this kind of practice is allowed to occur. I at least caught my mistake but many won't. This place is fraudulent and unethical.

Rude and arrogant individual refused to cancel my tickets which were 15 times inflated to what I could buy the tickets for. Credit card dispute said I was out of money. NEVER USE THEM!

TERRIBLE company to deal with they pretend they are part of the venue and charge outrageous prices. If you want a refund don't bother they will not give it to you even if you bought the tickets by accident. I called as soon as it happened and was told they could not do anything. I disputed the payment with PayPal and Tickets-Center lied and told PayPal I already received my purchase and I did not I'm not getting the tickets until 2 days before by email. Stay away far from this company.
