I would give a minus 5 if I could! Thought I was ordering from the venue. Wicked Tickets ordered them a month ago. The show is less than 24 hours from now. Sitting here on the phone now trying to communicate with someone on the other side of the world ( I will call them sheba) to find my tickets, the event center is in my own town. 20 min on the phone still don't tickets and sheba can't tell me when I will receive them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
So when a game is rescheduled its always at a later date and time. Right? So when a game is "rescheduled" and it's now the day before with less than 24hr notice you would think they would be understanding to traveling fans not being able to make adjustments that quick. But no! They don't give a crap about that. It's plain and simple, hind behind their POLICY that says they will not refund because the game was not canceled but it was rescheduled. Shame on Ticket center and the MLB for not supporting the evry day FAN. LAST TICKETS I WILL EVER PURCHASE.
I was out of the country when I searched for tickets for a college football game. The only tickets available came up on TicketsCenter because the tickets were not even on sale yet. The way they operate is to sell tickets that they do not actually have yet, that is why they do not give you specific seat numbers at the time of purchase. They charge 2 or 3 times more than even resale tickets will cost once they are available. After you have purchased tickets from their site, they then find a much lower price for the tickets they supposedly sold you. This prevents you from being able to resale the tickets if you can't attend the event. I have reported the scam to American Express in hopes that even if I do not get my money back that AE and other companies will stop allowing them to be a merchant because of the obvious fraudulent practices of Tickets Center.
Got our tickets transferred to ticket master within 3 days. Really good seats at a really good price. Will do business with again. Had a blast down by the field.
I thought I was on the website for the venue, but somehow wound up at Ticket-Center.com. I thought the prices were high, but when I went to check out, they had added a "service fee" of $25 per ticket. Twenty five bucks to send an email! I decided to go to the box office at the venue. Of course, there was no service fee there, and the seats that were going to cost me $120 from these scammers were $44 at the venue. Now, that's not quite true as apparently TC bought up blocks of some of the best seats in order to charge ridiculous prices. But I got seats very close. This should be illegal and TC should be forced out of business. Anyone who buys from them is getting ripped off.
BTW, there is no "proof of purchase" because I decided not to buy from these crooks. The file is an image of an email they sent me after I declined to purchase fom them.
Beware that Ticket-Center is a scalper, not a legit ticket seller. I recently bought 4 tickets to a concert for a total of $926.95 including fees. I was mislead that it was the primary source of the tickets. When I got my tickets, the face value of each was $49. Outrageous but apparently there is no legal recourse. Warning, make sure you buy tickets from a legitimate source. Do not just find a seller on search engine. I would have spent a small fraction if I have done more investigation and bought from the venue.
Never received any of the emails you claim to have sent me. Not on May 11th, August 8th or August 9th. I spoke with someone who claimed that she just emailed the tix and I told her that nothing had arrived. My internet was working because I was receiving other emails. But nothing came from your ticket agency. I spent over 196 dollars and never received any correspondence from you. I realize too late that your agency is not to be trusted and I will never use it again. Too late I read all the negative reviews that were left. I will be adding mine. Ticket center is a ripoff.
I recently used the platform to purchase tickets. The event was rescheduled and even that it was announced that fans were allowed to get a refund, they don't give refunds at all, that's their policy which it was probably hidden in the invisible font-size used. In addition, I had difficulty to get any information except that they don't have any regarding the seating arrangements. Those are very basic informations about the purchase. Avoid at all cost to use this platform
4 months ago ordered and paid for four tickets, yet no tickets! They won't be sent to me until the day before the event! This makes it impossible for me to sell if I can't attend! As well, as an outdoor event I am unable to get into the camping area the day before, as I need to show tickets to get into camping. Finally, the event is a five hour drive, so I may need to leave for the event still not having tickets. Very poor business model!
I bought ONE parking ticket to the KC Royals
On 8-14-23. Parking cost there is normally
$20 BUT there you can no longer pay cash or card at the gate. The ticket cost me $70. Yes $70 dollars. Maybe if I wasn't 79,

Was willing to pay the overpriced charge. Concert changed to a date I did not agree nor could attend. Response from the company was that they do not care. They are crooks! They would rather lose customers than do the moral thing and not rip people off! Sad world! Never actually received any tickets and cannot use them if they try to send them at any point after I have made my issue known. Please tell everyone you know not to get scammed by this horrible company.
Bought tickets from this site. I thought it told me that I had to send tickets to my apple wallet, which they never did. I shared them to myself to try and do it that way (which surprisingly didn't work either).
Tried to look at the tickets again today, and every link I pressed wouldn't work. I call customer support.
The guy I talked to would not stop cutting me off when I am trying to explain my predicament. He would jump in and ask for info that was literally about to be told to him.
Dude was rude as $#*! to me when I was only asking for help, got upset with me cause I apparently wasn't giving him info fast enough, and their managers don't handle phone calls so I had to deal with him.
I just hung up. $#*! that guy. I don't know how you're in customer support when you hate talking to people. Luckily the links now work for my show….
Never buying from them again
I purchased two VIP tickets for hundreds of dollars and I received two general admission tickets worth $42 and they would not reimburse the difference in price. Spoke to customer service and it was excuses then lies then talking to a brick wall. Even the parent company said this was fraudulent.
Awful experience with this company, they refunded 23$ out of 220$. I tried using my bank to handle it but it was not successful. I will never use their services again. Always try to avoid third party ticket sellers if possible.
I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE PRESCOTT FORNTIER DAYS RODEO IN JULY. THE COMPANY GOUGED ME AND CHARGED ME $235 FOR 2 TICKETS. THE "REAL" TICKETS WERE ONLY $20. WHEN I GO TO THE EVENT I WAS TURNED AWAY. THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY TICKETS. I HAVE TRIED TO FILE A FRAUD REPORT AND THE COMPANY LIED. BELOW IS THE FRONTIER DAYS RODEO WEBSITE STATING WHAT I'M SAYING. THIS COMPANY PASSED THEMSELVES OFF AS BEING THE ACTUAL WEBSITE.
Purchased tickets which required full payment up front but tickets are still not delivered to me via email. Customer service explains that they are being transferred from the seller and I should receive them 1-2 days prior to the date of my event. I purchased as a gift but I have nothing to show and I'm worried about telling the gift recipient because what if the tickets never arrive? While generic, customer service was pleasant, but could not provide me with the tickets I purchased or a refund so I could go elsewhere.
I rushed my self into buying 4 baseball tickets and I found this company I should've bought them somewhere else they only sent 3 tickets instead of four and they don't have a live person you can talk to is frustrating experience I won't recommend this company at all the prizes are extremely high shop around but no from this company.
I would not deal with these guys. They will not help you and may not have tickets available which they sell at exorbitant prices. BEWARE!
I got scammed, I'll admit it. I purchased tickets for "Jagged Little Pill". I hadn't been to this particular venue, Starlight Theater in Kansas City MO, in a long time and just didn't read carefully enough. I bought the tickets on July 4th for almost $600 plus an $85 parking pass. I was looking again at the seating chart and sold tickets Friday August 4th and saw the "tickets" I had purchased were still for sale. Got smart this time and called the box office. They said "tickets-center.com? Yeah, you got scammed". The person at the box office was a delight and helped me a great deal. She suggested I purchase the same tickets immediately and I purchased them for $85 each (2 tickets), oh and the parking pass? Parking is free at the venue.
Immediately contact tickets-event chat line, no help. Call their support, no help. Tried chat support again (the show is in a few hours and of course the "tickets" they sold me aren't showing up 'cause I own them now). They did offer a full refund on the tickets and parking pass after I showed proof I had purchased the exact seats they claim to have sold me. I saved the chat because I don't trust them. I'm still calling my credit card company to dispute the charges as I never actually got the tickets from them. Very slick organization, the web site did mirror the venue's almost exactly.
Ordered 2 tixs to a FL concert 7-25. The concert was 8-5 and after 6 calls between 8/4 and 8/5 I was finally told 4 hrs before the start of the concert that I could get a credit since they don't have the tixs. Call 1 said I needed to call back after 11 since they were waiting for west coast to release tixs, I would get an email, never happened. Call 2 said he's giving me better seats, expect email in 15 mins, never happened. Call 3 the day of concert and cust service said he was giving me an honest answer, I would have Tix in time for concert, 4 hrs ahead still no Tix. Call 4 hung up on me because I was irate, ya think? Call 5 said no tixs but credit available, will confirm in email, never happened call 6 sent email confirming credit. Awful company, proceed to another option than this one, excellent bs along the way.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
