Worst experience of my life. Event Saturday 8/5. Ed Sherrden. After more than 10 hours on the phone I was told I would receive tickets before concert. Electronic tickets? If tickets didn't arrive before concert they would send better seats than I purchased? What the f... I contacted AMX They will refund 750. Two seats.
My sister bought tickets on this site and it appears fraudulent. The site is out of India and the people seem to have American first names but no last name. When you ask how to file a customer complaint the person on the phone says they are the complaint department. They keep you on the chat line or phone for hours and never resolve anything. I am not sure there are actually any real tickets involved, they rely on your excitement to get tickets and then price gouge you. These tickets pop up when you are buying on ticket master. Stay away from this site!
Do not do business with this company. The concert for which I bought tickets was canceled and rescheduled to a date that I could not make. The site said refunds were available, but Tickets-center.com said no; they don't do refunds. Too bad. When you call, you get some guy in the Philippines who just reads the party line, "no law says we have to offer refunds, even if the site says they are available." They are thieves and scoundrels!
They refuse to cancel purchase just 15 minutes after mistakenly purchasing wrong tickets. Stole my money
Bought tickets for Jackson Browne at ruth Eckert arena 3 months in advance...$500 for 2.ended up 2 rows from the top...although we checked the chart and have been there before. Bait and swich.couldn't get our tickets until the day before.SCAM.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I purchased tickets to an event and received an email the next day to be on the lookout for an email with a link to the tickets. I never received the email. I communicated via the chat online and was told that they would resend the email. It took 5 days to receive a new email. (I started a dispute with my credit card company.) When I received the email, I clicked on the link and the screen shows the tickets, but the QR code for entry was greyed out. It states tickets are available at 9:50 a.m. on the day of the event. This was very frustrating as they already had my money and I knew I would not have great service at the venue. They were not helpful at any time when I communicated via chat.
I purchased two tickets for $341. I later realized that tickets for the same event were available directly from the venue for $88 for two tickets. I take ownership for not doing enough research to realize the situation, but they are unethical to sell tickets with that mark up for an event that does not come close to selling out.
Bought tickets from this website because they were disguised as the venue's website. Tickets from the real website were eleven dollars. Tickets from this website were 40. Total rip off. No refunds! Don't use!
I purchased tickets for a Struts show at House of Blues in Boston. The cost was $211. We were on vacation from Cincinnati. When we arrived fot the show our bar code was refused. We were told the tickets hadcto be transferred on a Live Nation app. The venue box office tried to assist us but we were still not admitted. There was no contact information for Ticket-Center and I could not find a customer service number. I filed a dispute with PayPal who I paid through and they were no help either.
I had a terrible experience. I never received my tickets and I got no refund. I talked to them over the phone and they were unable to tell me why this happened and, after their analysis, they told me that I was not eligible for a refund. I asked to be directed to the department In charge of the analysis, but I was told that they don't take customer calls.
Even though I called Tickets Center 3 times, they seemed very uninterested to help with my situation. They simply did not care and I lost $185 for one ticket. I will never purchase tickets with them again.
Horrible organization complete fraud. Took my $200 and kept saying they emailed me my tickets after numerous attempts with them and still no tix anywhere. Horrible!
I made my first purchase on Ticket Center and it was definitely my last. I was looking for tickets to a college football game. When I was searching for tickets on ticket center the site had a graphic on there that said tickets were going fast and limited. The tickets I purchased were 3x face value. I know that can be normal because of demand but after my purchase was complete I later researched and found the same tickets for face value on the schools ticket website. It was my mistake so I'm going to have to eat that extra cost but Ticket Center posted misleading information that influenced my purchase. My remedy will be to never consider them as a trusted source and share my thoughts so others will not be misled. Fool me once but never again.
Ordered tickets from Tickets-Centre.com and it was a nightmare to get them... The ticket-centre is a reseller of a reseller, so I had to go to ticketmaster to get the tickets, but ticketmaster did not recognize the purchase, so I had to call tickets-centre for instructions. The original tickets were US$199, but Tickets-Centre charged a US$112 Service fee and a $57 delivery charge. The total with taxes came to $517. The service on the phone was OK from someone in the Philippines who said the headquarters was in a Chicago. Frustratingly, the entire affair took me over 2 hours. And the Google search shows this sponsored link with a rating of 4.4 - 1,059 reviews, but there is no way to add a review there! In short, this is a rip-off site.
They sell tickets they don't have. Third party system only works if you access to inventory, which they don't. Tried to get money back and the only solution they give is to sell the tickets again. Tickets we don't have…

Not only did they sell me tickets that were not available but then changed it to different tickets that were priced out twice as much as other sellers. Don't rush it like I did. Do your research and don't waste your time with this company they just Jack up the price (x2 minimum) for profit. Congrats you guys were able to swindle an extra $100 from me…good job, $#*!s!
I purchased tickets for an upcoming concert in September, I recieved an email notification that the process to obtain my tickets would be sent in a separate email the same day. I checked my in box several times, I checked my spam folder multiples times and no ticket/no email. I reached out via chat to Tickets-Center and got nowhere. They kept telling me to give them an alternate email - which I do not have or give them a friend or families email - um no! This is horrible and I am still missing my tickets...beware!
I'm not sure how two tickets priced at $35 each for general admission tickets cost a total of $369.50. But they got me! I thought I was buying tickets for a concert with good seating just to see that the tickets I purchased and downloaded were tickets purchased by someone else, different credit card number, and $35 general admission "standing room only!" They will NEVER get another dime from me and I hope this business fails like a fast death!
Tickets Center is a scalper...do NOT purchase from this site! $5 tickets cost me $133.50 and I can't get a refund.
This is a very expensive and bad experience. Why are the tickets not transferred immediately? They won't be delivered until the day of the show. Unacceptable.
And everything cost twice what it should. Outrageous fees and the base ticket price was jacked. Very very disappointing.
Realized afterwards once the electronic delivery was not immediate that it was a secondary market site. Very deceptive.
Paid $160 over what should have been $70 from venue. I will never use these scalpers again. Horrible
Absolute scam of a "company". Purchased tickets back in March for a concert this July that were to be put in my AXS account which never happened. Reached out to customer support several times expressing my concerns that I haven't received the tickets yet. Kept saying that I'll have them in my account by 11:59 PM on July 24th. Now it's July 25th and they're still telling me to wait and "see what they can to" (hint: what they can do is shove it!). I've asked for my money back and have been ignored and now gave to go through a lengthy process with my bank to file fraud charges — because that's what these people are! Absolute thieves and frauds.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
