Went to Golden Nugget website to purchase tickets. Accidentally clicked on their link. Within 15 minutes after realizing that I spent $170 for two $35 tickets I tried to cancel and they refused. Their website was on the Golden Nugget Link and the first to pop up. I'm gonna fight their asses to the end. $170 can buy me 17 Whataburgers vs. 2 concert tickets? YOU DO THE MATH!

I was charged twice for a ticket I canceled after seeing it was a mile and a half from the venue (didn't have location until after purchasing). After canceling, I saw the next day I was charged for two tickets. Customer support refused to refund and asked "I request your kind understanding in this matter" and to take it up with my bank.

In attempting to buy tickets through Ticketmaster or the venue, "Tickets-center.com" appeared on the same line as the desired site and I clicked it by mistake. I attempted to contact and cancel the order within 10min of completion, realizing my error.

After 3 hours on calls with the Indian call center, I eventually reached a state side "escalation point" they all follow the same script of "all sales are final, we cannot and will not help you cancel your order". They will say they "Don't have any supervisors" After the first 45min, that turned into "We don't have any supervisors right now".

This site is designed to trick and steal from you. Disputing the charges with your bank, and contacting outside help via local news our counsel seems to be the only path forward.

For some reason this company comes up at the top of the Google search when I entered California State Fair concert tickets. So I thought I was buying tickets from there. Turns out, the Fair uses a different ticket outlet and the tickets I paid $59 each for are supposed to be $25 each. I thought I was getting letter section seats, instead the email I got says general admission. Of course there is no way to cancel or get a refund. I was just trying to do something nice for my dad, taking him to see Kool and the Gang for his birthday. Now I can't even feel good about it because this company played me.

Don't buy any tickets with them, go to the webpage of the event you're looking for. Tickets Center pay to Google to be at the top of the list, and they filter the negative reviews to keep the sham going, they pretend they are legit. They overcharged for the tickets. I couldn't cancel with my bank, and then when I called Ticket-Center, they put me in hold and "send me" the tickets at that time, I consider that maneuver low life, the email was saying "Urgent: Ticket Acceptance for Sunderland FC at New Mexico United", when the guy came back to the phone call, he told me there's nothing they could do because I have the tickets, they suggested me to sell the tickets on Facebook. These guys are shameless.

Accidentally bought tickets at ticket center. Ticket seats were misrepresented "seated together" in a venue where there is not seating. Ticket prices were enormous when compared to actual ticket master. Was refused refund and told I could resell when obvious can't bc of price gouging. Costumer service wasted my time repeating "policies" and did not let me file a complaint with their supervisor. Don't even know if tickets will appear as they are not delivered until two days before show.

There are way too many good reviews for this site, but it is a total sham, I bought insanely overpriced "tickets" the other day and never received them. Not only that, but they also jack up the price 3x the amount the tickets should be, and you don't even know if you'll get the tickets or not. After I bought them, I was expecting to receive them and then they sent me a shady email saying that I would get them the day before the show. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charge because it's a scam site but do NOT RISK USING THIS SITE like me. BUY YOUR TICKETS AT A REPUTABLE SITE OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED HERE. Major goofy move on me I cannot believe I fell for this. Hope they get shut down. Please if you fell for it too, leave a review so we get run these thieves out of our money.

I was purchasing one ticket that was supposed to be $40 plus a five dollar service fee that's how much the ticket is going for. That's how much I thought I was paying but unless you click other options to see the actual amount that they're going to charge you, you think you're paying for a $45 ticket but they actually charge you $90
Go onto the Better Business Bureau if you don't believe me apparently they're doing this to a lot of people. And because of how their policy is worded, my credit card company can't dispute it so that means they get away with this.

Bought tickets and when I got to the place, I was told that the tickets weren't available. Don't but through this company

I have the correct number. She is impatience. She hanged up twice! Wow too rude! Why should we call at all? I have 9 emails to activate the parking! I mean on street cheaper and more efficient at least in getting in and out the building

Charged $100.00 more than Ticket Master for same tickets.
Thought I was purchasing tickets direct from venue. Google lead me to this scam site.

Horrible and terrible website. They never inform customers any updates for their tickets either via emails or phones. But they will say they did when u call them. Scam website. Anyone should better not use this website.

Didnt get tickets to my email. They say they sent them, "buyers error" Never let me know after their investigation.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not purchase tickets here! I purchased tickets that TicketMaster flagged as being purchased from a bad seller. Ticket Center refused to refund the hundreds of dollars that I spent on tickets on their site. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Poor communication, talked to customer service for over an hour to be told that "supervisors and managers do not take phone calls so there is no one to help". Literally the most unprofessional company I have ever talked to. Literally throw your money into a fire before you give it to TicketCenter. They suck so hard.

Never again. Do not buy tickets from this ticket site. They show you the face value price of the tickets when you enter your credit card information then once you select 'purchase' then the market price and service fees that are actually charged to your credit card shows up. Then you are stuck and no chance to cancel or get a refund. Total BS!

I was in a hurry/distracted (my bad) and didn't notice that I'd been redirected to a 3rd party vendor, Tickets-Center.com, and I actually ended up paying $83.50 (fees included) for 2 tickets that cost $23.50 (fees included) from Ticketmaster. I realized this after going to the venue website to buy more tickets for other shows and realized what had happened. Even worse, I paid Tickets-Center.com $127.50 for 3 tickets that would have cost $52.50 from Ticketmaster before I realized my $135 mistake. Sad because that's about 2 fewer shows from my meager theater budget. Takeaway: Never buy tickets from anywhere other than the venue affiliated vendor and be sure to check for redirects before hitting complete purchase.

When we allegedly made the purchase the site gave us a lower ticket price but right after credit card info was entered, a much higher total was charged. There was no way to cancel.

Had to purchase tickets at the event because tickets purchased thru ticket center were not available. Now they refuse to give me a refund.
