I bought tickets to a baseball game. I couldn't find the actual website to buy tickets from and this site kept popping up so I thought that was my only option. Nope, found the correct site after since I made a mistake in the number of tickets needed. I bought 4 tickets for $260 on ticket center and 5 tickets on the actual website for $106.00. WHAT A WASTE! DON'T BUY FROM HERE, KEEP LOOKING!

A nightmare. Multiple calls, emails. No tickets. Event tomorrow. How did I get them? Took their survey and said I was reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Bam. Within minutes they arrived.

This site mimics the actual Paramount Theater website and is listed above it in browser searches. It is actually a reseller and a complete rip off. They charged me DOUBLE for my tickets, they refuse to refund me and they refuse to send my tickets until the day before the event!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!

I am a lawyer. I've seen a lot of scams in my day. This was one was one of the better. I thought I was buying direct from Wolf Trap, but instead I got these jokers. I've reported them to one attorney general already and will be reporting them to two more (mainly because it is hard to tell where they are located). They significantly overcharged me for tickets that had a face value of $25. Their customer service rep said I should have read the Terms and Conditions which would have told me they can do this. I asked, would it have told me that they would charge me $210 for $50 worth of tickets. At which point she said she would talk to a manager. They offered me a $40 credit. A credit for what? So I could buy more overpriced tickets? I asked to speak with a manager and she said their managers do not take calls. Must be nice. Stay away. Stay far far away from this website.

I over paid for tickets on this site. I was swindled into thinking it was the official site. The seats I bought were in the mezzanine and double the price of orchestra seats.

With the help of a google sponsored link my wife thought was buying a ticket from the source.
Wound up paying more than double the price. Customer service at ticket center said too bad.

Like others, I thought I was dealing with the venue. The ticket price was $275. After purchasing, I noticed the actual venue site; two tickets at $35/each. Are you serious! I find it hard to believe it is legal. On top of all that, I do not even have the tickets until 2 days before the concert. I am more than not impressed. I find their business practices unethical, purposefully deceiving. I am normally not a review guy. I can handle the loss but I think of all the people who probably can't take a hit like that. Very sad.

Bought tickets for the rodeo. They didn't state they were reselling them so I assumed this was the standard price. When I go the tickets I realized they overcharged me by 5 x and they were the worst seats in the stadium not what I selected on their seating chart! Don't buy here!

This website is a scam, do not use! I bought tickets for $80 and never got the tickets so couldn't even attend the event.

Masquerading as something alike Ticket-Master, I agreed to a ticket purchase of $262, my card was charged for $356, almost $100 more than the checkout price I agreed to. When I emailed them about this massive gap I was told there's a line in their terms of service where "face value of tickets may differ from real price", what kind of condition is that? You charge the customer the price both agreed to. You can't ask someone to pay $20 for a t-shirt, agree to it, then charge them $30, that is ludicrous. If it was some sort of price conversion from CAD to USD they do not mention it on the site, in the checkout, or in the follow up email, the only way to see the real price charged is the charge on my card. Do not buy your tickets from them, go literally anywhere else, I know I will be.

I HATE THIS TICKET CENTER! The site came up while I was searching for RAVINIA tix. I thought I was dealing with RAVINIA but it is a 3rd party! My mistake cost me 58$ extra dollars! SO STUPID! Never again. I hate you, TICKET CENTER! Rip off artists

These people do not have tickets, all they do is find tickets that are available and then up charge you a massive amount. I literally paid $300 for tickets that were $60 at the box office. Scam.

Don't buy tickets from this site. Don't believe the lies that you are buying Janet's tickets. There is no Janet. Your paying organized scalpers.

They overcharged me over 4 times the face value of the tickets and when I called they just ignored me.

Seemed to have gotten redirected when ordering from ticket master...Cost was $211, received my VISA bill today and was charged $291. Tried contacting these people but link on their email confirmation was dead...F.U.B.A.R...Careful out there...Not sure if my tickets are valid.

I ordered tickets here because they came up first in a search. Was I ever wrong. After realizing the ticket prices seemed high and there was an astronomical "service fee" and some other fake fee I tried to cancel my order but agreement terms fly fast and ordering goes quick. I went to the real site and the tickets I bought were triple the box office price and plenty were available. Calling is a joke and online I just got the "sorry" line and I could resell the triple priced crap online. Total ripoff. I hope Karma kills them.

I purchased two tickets March 10th for a concert June 24th at 7pm. I reached out to them, they told me 12 times they would get the seller to send me the tickets. They guaranteed me tickets all the way up to me and my daughter standing in line, they never got me tickets. The seller had emailed me the tickets that evening at 4:05 then cancelled the tickets at 4:10, they could not get her to send the tickets. I believe she 'Sarah', probably intended to keep my $351 and use the tickets herself. Ticket-Center.com never covered the tickets, we missed the concert and 2 days of stress and disappointment. Today, Monday after, they won't honor their guarantee. They want me to wait 3-5 days to 'consider' my request. I have zero faith in this company. I'll be filling a Attorney Gerneral, BBB and CFPB complaint, I've found the NY AG class action lawsuit, I hope to start one here in Washington State.

Will not work with you when asking for a cancelation and refund. Make sure you read ALL the fine print. Do not use them!

I bought tickets to a dead concert at Fenway six months ago, and did everything according to the instructions. The tickets were bogus the day of the concert, and would not let me in. I got no satisfaction from the company when I called them at the last minute to straighten this out. I couldn't be more disappointed. Never buy tickets from this reseller, because they simply aren't reliable and the tickets may not be legitimate.

Here is a ticket that looks legitimate, but it is absolutely worthless.
