So terrible. They contacted me the day of the concert and told me sorry, no tickets available. They said "sorry it's in the fine print" "nothing we can do". What a SHAM! I bought the tickets over 2 months ago and had planned an entire evening. The DAY OF THE CONCERT?! Really?! Terrible company.

Mistakenly purchased tickets. Called the site within 5 minutes realizing my mistake. They refused refund. This is a scam site.

My mom bought tickets from Tickets-Center then needed cancel no more than FIVE MINUTES after buying. Any reputable company would have helped her out and given her a refund given the prompt ask to get it. And even if it wasn't five minutes after, they should have given her 24 hours like any other company would.

Instead, they flatout refused a refund and now my mom is out over $1k for tickets she doesn't need. NEVER buy from this company. They are THIEVES and it is important that EVERYONE knows this.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They allow 3rd party sellers to jack up event ticket prices by at least 3 times the amount and more. Then when you try to back out of purchase it doesnt allow you to and processes anyway. Then when you try to call for a refund they tell you "All sales are final". Then it will send you an email asking you to ecept transfer of tickets hit a link, then it gives you an error page thay wont open and indtructs you to go to your account on ticketmaster. So i left the site without excepting ticket transfer but the minute i logged into my ticketmastwr account it transferred the tickets anyway. So in short, i was forced to pay $400 for 2 tickets to an event when the face value of the tickets was only $49 each.

We bought tickets but did not see that almost 200$ was added on to the total price. We immediately tried to cancel; even canceling my CC. I have since spoken to customer service to ask for a refund. Her suggestion was to see if I could get SOME OF MY MONEY BACK BY TRYING TO SELL ONLINE MYSELF.
Their reviews of excellent 5 star service has to be made up.

Thought I clicked on venue for tickets. They charged me almost DOUBLE for what I found I could get from real venue site! Venues tickets were a lot better too! Called literally minutes after purchase and they wouldn't refund! Totally set up to get you to belive you are buying from the venue for best available, but you aren't and NO REFUNDS! Wouldn't consider or even reduce the cost.
Carma... I hope it's paid directly back to the owners who are intentionally ripping people off.

I will never use this site again. I purchased 2 tickets to see Dustin Lynch and never received them. I called multiple times and they refuse to give me my money back. The seller never sent my tickets and insisted that I received them when I never did. They now refuse to help whatsoever.

Whatever you call it, this site charged me $396.85 MORE for tickets to a show than I would have had to pay if I hadn't inadvertently been redirected to the tickets-center.com website. I will never figure out how that happened as I had purchased tickets on the venue's site successfully before, but I ended up paying tickets-center.com for the tickets I would have only had to pay $120 for if I had remained on the venue's website. ALWAYS be careful if something sounds like too much--check it out. Do NOT buy tickets on this website---go to the original venue.
This is plain old theft! This site should be shut down for doing this.

While on Ticketmaster somehow got transferred to Ticket-Center.com. Didnt notice that hitting something while definitely on Ticketmaster site dumped me to the Ticket-Center site which is not transparent in its own right. The scam continues as the website on purpose has identical appearances. Typos in the confirmation receipts is what alerted me too late. Customer Service Rude. No recourse to get out of very overpriced tickets for not even ideal seats that didn't have to be. I got scammed out of alot of money all right! Beware!

Do NOT buy your tickets from Ticket Center. It is a SCAM. They would not let us return the tickets and did not actually provide any tickets.

I accidentally hit process order. Within 1 hour I called for a refund and they said they couldn't do it because the tickets were delivered for a concert that will happen 6 months from now. Then they said I could resell them. I asked could they sell them for me. They said I have to have a large number or bulk for them to sell them. Then I asked what is considered bulk. They said they don't have a number but more than how many I purchased. Convenient that they sent ASAP for a concert months from now. SCAM! Stay away! They did this to me on Father's Day. Unethical company

We bought third party tickets for $700 and they did not work do not trust the people telling you they will, they will not!

This company sells tickets at very high prices compared to real cost. When customer realizes tickets are available through other agencies at much lower cost and complain, Ticket Center uses the excuse they are only a third party seller representing the Actual Seller who sets the price. However only Ticket Center knows who the Actual Seller(s) are at this point and of course there is a "No Refund" policy once you place an order.

Currency is not clear. No refunds and impossible to cancel. Huge markup. Go to ticketmaster or the event organizers directly and save your money.

If you want to cancel your order they tell you that you have to create an account. When you create an account they automatically push you to the reseller and send you off their site. Tickets are WAY over priced. Use Ticketmaster.

I bought football tickets on what I thought was a college football site. In a box at the top of the order page in regular type was a disclaimer that the tickets were from a third party and could be above or below the regular price. Neither myself nor my husband noticed that disclaimer. I found that the tickets were $40 above the price from another site and a $270 service charge was added to the price of 4 tickets. I was aware of service charges when I bought previous tickets and thought both the price of tickets and the service charges had increased substantially.

I called my alumni association who informed me of the mistake that I'd made. It was suggested that I call Tickets-Center and ask for a refund. I attempted to do that and was told the tickets were non-refundable and no break would be given on the service fees.

I am certainly a more knowledgeable ticket shopper now. I just want others to know to not buy the tickets on the first site available and to be sure that no matter how authentic the site appears, look closely.

I consider that I was scammed!

Ticketreview.com is a complete scam. Bought 2 baseball tickets online and they put us in standing room only area. Had to buy normal tickets at the ball park. Do not use this ticket seller. You will not get what you paid for and you will not get your money back after they scam you.

This company takes advantage of its name to be similar to ticket master and has higher processing fees plus commissions. They are ripping people off and should be red flagged.
