Cancelled concert on the day of. Impossible to ask for a refund through online, chat, or phone. Outrageous
Not made aware until day of event after online purchase of parking pass that unable to park for event until 30 min prior to event, tried to park in parking garage and was told to come back later. Had to pay to park somewhere else to get in line for our event in a timely manner. Called customer service and was refused a refund and not offered any help after speaking with them and being placed on hold multiple times. Now out 50 dollars. Will not use this company again.
The thing this company is good at is manipulating google SEO and getting you on their site to buy tickets at twice the price. I wasn't paying attention, and could have bought the same tickets direct for half the cost. It's my fault and maybe win the long run a cheap way to learn this lesson, but this crappy company provides no real value to the ticket market and exists only to extract money from you for nothing in return. There is a place for these people, and it is not the good place.
I purchased tickets in March. It is now June and the show is two weeks away; and still no tickets. Customer service keeps telling me I should have received them or they will be sent? Received an email that they were sent/delivered, but still nothing in my AXS account for tickets. This company is a scam and not helpful when things go wrong. Use another site!
Wish i could give a negative star, these are scam artist, search came up first, customer service is rude they hung up on me, i made the mistake of not reading fully and the fine prints, paid $300 plus more, but i blame myself, never again will use these scammers!
A perfect scam! They pretend they can not cancel your tickets and get you a refund since we agreed on their terms and service (that we have never see) by checking the box and that their agents worked hard to process my order and get it secured! What an excuse. Not to mention their prices are 3 times higher. If you want to save your time and money do not ever deal with these guys.
Like so many others, I thought I was dealing with the venue when a searched and wound up on their site. Although there were plenty of tickets still available to the concert, the site made it seem like they were selling out quickly. Their prices were over twice the price of standard tickets for the same lawn seats. Once I discovered I'd been scammed I reached out to customer service immediately and tried to cancel, but of course absolutely no refunds. They said their prices are based on demand, but that's clearly untrue. They also said the "seller" confirmed so they couldn't cancel, but it was obvious to me that they were the "seller"... especially since all lawn seats were priced exactly the same overpriced amount. I feel so stupid I fell for this. Do your research! Stay away!
I bought tickets to Red Sox and thought i was ordering from the MLB site, i bought parking for 70$ and tickets for 59$ each (2) the actual parking was only worth 8$ and 25 minute walk away. The ticket to the RedSox was a 9$ standing room only ticket! They didn't say this at first- it said SRLHP Row SR Seat 18. But when you get the ticket after you pay, it says, standing room only, no seating! What a wrought, i tried to get a refund but they wouldn't allow it! They are despicable i do not know how they can live with themselves.
Bought overpriced tickets to a baseball game. Never received tickets. Those as!?Ho!?s is India gave me the runaround saying that they needed a work and personal email to send tickets. I gave them both, but no tickets. Live and learn. They are SCUM. I work hard for my money and just wanted to take my kids to a ball game.
I had no idea this was a third party site until I saw the fees. They appear to be affiliated to legitimate sites, they aren't. I was totally ripped off.
Misrepresented themselves as MLB. No transparency as a 3rd party vendor at all. Charged exorbitant fees besides ridiculous ticket prices. Refused to void the transaction soon after it was made.
They pay tons of money to be top of a Google search, act like an official ticket site, mark up tickets 50%.

Please don't buy from this vendor. Not one but negative all stars. Bought 4 tickets that cost $172 but was charged by Ticket-Center.com $718. That is $546 more than the cost. That is more than 400%. They deserve to be criminalized. Purchase number #*******
Ticketcenter.com is an website based out of India. The sellers are Indian, the "dedicated team" is Indian--so therefore, if the tickets get to you in time--you might have a good experience. You will pay double, because this website has managed to inflate prices and urgency for the buyer is to land tickets. However, you are dealing with people on the other side of the world looking to turn a profit from excited concert goers.
Do not use this website. You will pay 4 times the cost. They are slow to process your order and customer service is terrible. I tried to get tickets from this site and paid $89. I never received my tickets after an hour of waiting. Tried to contact customer service. Finally after complaining they processed my order. Then I saw the same tickets for $21 on another website. This website is a rip off! Don't check the box that you agree to their terms of service. They will use that against you!
STAY AWAY FROM TICKET CENTER! This site uses a ROBOT to resell tickets at three times the real price! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND! THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
I google searched The Cure tickets at The Hollywood Bowl 2023. I thought I was going through Hollywood Bowl/Ticketmaster, but while the ticket clock was running out of time I spent 5 times the amount on terrible seats.
Ticket Center was very sneaky about this. I should have been paying better attention myself, but I'm willing to bet they know what they're doing and gouging people.
Be very aware of this shady company. I learned my lesson. They will not have my support anymore. It's unfair that these company raise ticket prices for true dedicated fans.
They just mark up the tickets like 5x that you can get straight from the source or pretty much anywhere for way less. My fault for not noticing that I wasn't buying directly from the source--won't make that mistake again.
At least the tickets are real.
I purchased tickets online with them several months ago and as of yet have not received them. The event is less than a week away. I have attempted to contact them for at least three months to secure these tickets via e-mail (always kicked back as undeliverable) and by telephone. Via telephone they are very insulated from having to talk with the public and rely on an endless computer redirection to deflect questions. At best the computer will acknowledge that there is an order associated with my telephone number and that my order will arrive "soon". I do not have my order number, nor can I get anyone to verify the e-mail address used when I placed an order in case I gave the wrong e-mail address. I have guests coming in from a great distance to attend the concert I purchased tickets for, and I cannot be assured I will have the tickets sent to my e-mail or telephone number. Does anyone have a backdoor number or some way to get an actual human at Tickets-Center?
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
