We purchased tickets for a concert on the 6th row at a substantial price. When we got to the venue, the tickets were invalid. Fraudulent company!

They did not give me information on where, how, or when to pickup my will call tickets. You have to figure that out yourself.

When I got my tickets, I noticed the price on them was only $73/piece (I bought 4). This website charged me over $696.00 for the 4 tickets I bought that are sold for $73.

Never use this site again. They are a rip off.

Purchased tickets not knowing that the site was not affiliated with the Theater. The ticket priced tripled! It should be illegal what this company is doing. It's like stealing money! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS!

This site is not like other ticket sites in which when the seller puts the ticket(s) up for sale, the site has ownership. So when tickets are purchased the purchaser receives the tickets instantly.

I purchased tickets to Lion King in Madison, WI 5 days before the show. Received an email stating tickets would be in our inbox by 5/18. The day of the show, no tickets. Called four times and was told they were waiting on the broker to release the tickets. Finally an hour and a half before the show we finally received the tickets. A good thing we didn't drive from out of town as I had very little confidence we were going to get the tickets. Not worth the stress.

Also very overpriced as per most ticket sites. I don't remember how I was directed to this site, but for what we paid for balcony tickets, we could have gotten floor seats.

The site makes it look like there are only a few tickets remaining and doesn't show what seats; only shows what row tickets will be in.

I did not realize I was purchasing tickets through a third party seller...the concert is 5/24/23 and I have still not received my tickets. I have emailed customer service several time and they blame the venue, which is BS. I could go to the venue site and buy/print tickets right now and they would be CHEAPER! I don't know how I ended up with tickets from this horrible site. Now they are telling me I'll get my tickets on 5/23! Ridiculous!

Buyer beware. Ticketcenter charged me a $20 service fee on a $56 dollar baseball ticket.Ticketcenter pops up first when searching on Google for baseball tickets.

I purchased sports tickets from Ticket-Center over a month ago. Keep getting excuses why I haven't recieved them yet. They had no problem taking my money right away. Just haven't produced the tickets. Wondering if it's just another internet scam.

Keep you on line for extended periods of time (40 Mins) for us. Didnt send forms as told we would get to file our declaration of denial access. Appears to be outsourcing customer service to another country.

Purchased, and paid for, 3 sets for Les Miserables in November of 2022. Now, over six months later I have nothing. More so, in calling they have no information. They do not own the tickets they sold to me, even 6 months later. Go to Ticketmaster or SeatGeek. This is a fraud.

Ticket center came up as the top item when I searched for a concert. I thought it was the ticket agency that the venue used. I didn't realize that it was a third party seller and that the tickets would cost me 3 times the price of going through the venue. Ticket center charged me over $700 for tickets that I could have gotten for $250. I realized this just after the purchase when I didn't get seats assigned in my confirmation order. So now I am out an extra $500 and still don't know what seats I have or when I will get my tickets. This seems more like a bait and switch scam. I tried to cancel my order minutes after I purchased but they hold to the "you agreed to the terms". Again the terms are bait and switch, clicking boxes to hidden terms. This should be illegal or they should allow for cancelation if they haven't even purchased the tickets yet on your behalf. The email post purchase was the 1st clear indication that this was a third party seller.

Tickets Center opened a day earlier than Ticketmaster selling tickets to an upcoming local music concert. I stupidly purchased 4 general lawn seats tickets and found out a day later that Ticketmaster was selling the very same tickets for less than half the price I paid. What a scam these people are.

I was nervous this was not a legitimate company because of the poor reviews. I messaged them about my concerns and they were very assuring. I received my tickets 4 days prior to the concert and had no issues getting in. Thanks for a great experience!

I bought 2 tickets because Google showed them first (sponsored links show first). I didn't get an electronic ticket, only a PDF of a ticket master ticket (which can be resold obviously). I could not cancel, customer service told me to try to resell. I was accidentally sent a link to 4 other tickets including mine in the same pdf. I still wasn't able to cancel after explaining my concern and distrust I'm the system. My tickets would not scan at the event but I was let in. Long behold another group had the same tickets. What a waste of money, time and an embarrassment. I will never buy tickets from tickets center again.

I was directed to ticket services through what appeared to be the venue website. I was distracted by other influences and realized I was not dealing with "Ticketmaster " when I couldn't load the tickets to my Ticketmaster account and was informed I would receive the tickets a day before the event. I immediately contacted "Ticket service" within minutes of transaction, not weeks or months literally minutes! I was just repeatedly informed there was nothing they could do that their just a ticket handler for sellers... Also said I could resell and maybe make a profit. So basically I am screwed paying almost 3X what Ticketmaster would charge (including taxes & fees) I feel I got "Ripped Off"! The charge is in dispute with my CC and I will make sure I pay more attention the next time... This has already put a damper on what was supposed to be a wonderful evening with my better 1/2! Hi, yesterday we bought 2 tickets for "Harry Potter & the cursed child" at 11:31 AM. Once arrived in the theatre the tickets were not valid. We are looking for an immediate refund within the next 24 hours or we will report you to the police
