These people are nothing but thieves. STAY AWAY FROM Tickets-Center.com They took $313.00 for a 3/2/24 event and said I would receive my tickets by 3/8/24---5 days after the event!

Really overpriced. Links in emails don't work. Seats were not assigned originally. When they were, we ended up with obstructed view seats. I'll make sure never to buy anything from this site again. Ugh

Bought a parking pass online from them … took over 20 minutes to get confirmation code to get in gate? We ended up just paying $100 more at gate to get in so not to miss event. I called to get a refund and was told no it was fulfilled and not allowed to speak to supervisor?!? TERRIBLE COMPANY

Buyer Beware- If you pre-purchase parking with TicketsCenter for the incorrect venue date - you will NOT be refunded. I pre-purcased $70 garage parking for the wrong Saturday. I contacted the vendor as the event is more than 3 weeks away. Unfortunately, the vendor will only refund pre-paid parking if the event is canceled. Such disappointing customer service!

Buyers beware. I purchased tickets to a show and the tickets were never received. I filed a dispute with the bank and BBB and the company provided false statements that they did send the tickets to my email. So now I am out almost $500 with no recourse except to file a civil suit. Which I fully intend to do.

This company paid extra to google to get their name first. You don't get your ticket as soon as you pay for it. They give you the run around and tell you the tickets will be released and to download axs app. I purchased tickets through axs app for the same concert, they transferred immediately. Do not trust them, there customer service is overseas and out to take your money! Stay away. I wish there was a way to get them shut down.

Wow do not us them. They sell you the tickets then call and cancel at a later time after all good seats are gone. Use a different service

When I placed my order, I selected the center section of the balcony. The site says they guarantee the tickets will be in the section I selected, or one comparable. The tickets I actually received were way off in the side section of the balcony - definitely not in the section I had selected, and ABSOLUTELY not in one that was comparable. I ordered $450/each tickets, and by their own website the tickets I received are worth about $100. Called their 800 customer support, and was told "this is a valid fill", and ended the call.

NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER.

Avoid at all costs. This website appears in search results only because they purchased Google ads. They are overpriced compared to similar tickets by 30%. You cannot cancel, even if they haven't delivered your tickets yet. This company only survives by tricking you into purchasing their tickets based on their ad sales putting them at the top of the search results. I ended up getting locked into 4 tickets for $975 when I could have just bought from another website for $682. Look at the pics, please don't get locked into the purchase by these scumbags.

I purchased tickets in error and called them within minutes of the purchase and they refused to reverse the charge even though they had not provided tickets. I received an email advising I would receive the tickets on the day of the show so they hadn't even secured them when I called. This was the first and last time I will use this service

Do not use this company to buy tickets. They pose as a company selling tickets directly to consumers but they are a secondary market. The worst part is that you will pay 3 times the face value for a bad seat. There is no way to get your money back and their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced.

Be careful buying any tickets from this site. I purchased a parking pass for a Baltimore Ravens event for Parking Lot G near the stadium. When I selected parking in G and purchased the pass, they sent me a ticket for a parking garage approximately a mile away. The parking garage fee was $25.00 and the parking pass that I thought was in G was 82.95. This is the biggest fraudulent advertisement ad for a company that sell to major events than I have ever experienced. I will be contacting the BBB. When I asked for a refund, the lady, assuming she was at home, stated I could not receive the refund because the event already occurred, REGARDLESS, if they advertised something that was non-existent! BE AWARE. I would recommend Ticket Center and NOT TicketsCenter. FRAUD!

Bought tickets for a play in October, they never sent tickets and there is no one to call...BEWARE!

Bought tickets in Dec 2023 from Tickets-Center.com for Stones concert May 2024 Section & Row were stated but not seat numbers. Challenged TC to document the seats existed. TC stated they do not have the tickets (original seller holds them) but just said "Seller had confirmed my order".
Asked for documentation that tickets existed. TC said tickets not available up to the day before the concert.
Exchanged a dozen emails with TC and mostly got boiler plate replies.
Checked with the official Stones ticket provider seatgeek.com and tickets are available immediately and show location and seat numbers.
Filed complaint with my Visa card late Dec that I suspected fraud. Got a full refund from TC within 3 days. Also Ticket prices and handling fees ($70 per ticket) were way over inflated.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH TC.

This site is a total ripoff. I learned my $500 lesson and now I can't get money back and buy from venue for less than $200. Not sure how they got such a high rating…maybe not real folks writing reviews

Misleading and unworkable and price gougers. Company is misleading and a sham. Would never use them again

I bought 2 tickets at 81 dollars each. The site charged me 26 dollars in fees, EACH TICKET! Then they had the gall to charge a 10 dollar "delivery fee" which was a pdf download. What a scam!

This a horrible site. They charged me $283 for two $40 tickets. Complete scam site, never ever use!
