Our show was cancelled 3hrs before the start. Won't refund because not 'official' cancellation SCAM!

I made a mistake and order through their web site and overpaid for the tickets. Called the company to see if I could cancel and got a big NO!

Sharks! Absolutely overcharged me by nearly $200. Never even again will I use ticket-center. Strongly advising everyone to go to Ticketmaster since they're legit!

Ordered tickets to Yankee game.We never got them.4 times we called they told us we had them and we didn't.they wouldn't listen just read from a script.We asked to talk to manager and they wouldn't connect us to one.It was beyond frustrating.i give them zero stars.Just horrific service Wouldnt use them if they gave us free tickets.They wouldn't refund our tickets

These people are impersonating the venue and pay google to have top spot when you search for tickets through a google search. I was attending a show at a small local venue where be never been to and didn't realize I hadn't clicked on the venues site. I purchased the tickets thinking it was legit and then very quickly realized my error. I called within 5 mins to report the mistake and ask for a refund and they were unwilling to do anything. Worse, they are charging more than twice what the tickets are legitimately going for. This is a total fraud. Do not us under any circumstances.

I first want to start this review by saying, I was sick to my stomach when I figured out what had happened when I ordered tickets from this website. I am a single parent, so every bit of my money is needed. I ordered tickets, from the first website that came up, thinking they were from the actual venue (Disney on Ice).

Tickets for this show were around 33-58$ depending on where you wanted to sit. I paid 99$ PLUS a 38$ service charge because of these people. That means I paid around 175ish dollars TOO MUCH for tickets so that my daughter and I could attend this show.

Not only am I disappointed that Google would allow this company to come up FIRST in their searches, but I am also disappointed in DISNEY for allowing these people to buy up all these tickets and then be able to sell them at such a high rate. These are families that work hard and have kids and should be able to order tickets and still have money for their children to enjoy things at the show.

While I am glad that I still got to enjoy the show and my tickets were delivered in general (I was nervous they would never come, based on other reviews), the markup for said tickets was just outrageous. I truly hope that the person who runs this company does something useful with the money they are stealing from people and that they turn away from such awful behavior.

And, don't worry, they put the price that the original vendor uses on the ticket so they don't look like complete idiots with you :)

I impulsively bought tickets for $210 to a Cal Woman's Gymnastic meet through TicketsCenter, because they were the top sponsored on the site. I know, not smart to start with, and I should have been suspicious when I went ahead and bought the tickets and the time of day was not known. After purchasing, I did a smidgeon more looking online, and realized you could buy the same tickets from Cal Woman's gymnastics directly for $30. Of course at that point I knew I had made a mistake, and looked at TicketsCenter cancellation policy. Confirming that they are a scam, they are one of the few places on the Internet where once you buy, there are absolutely no refunds. Horrible company, horrible scam, I hate myself for being taken like this, I will make it my mission to make sure others aren't scammed by them.

I couldn't really tell where my seats were. I thought it was associated with Ticketmaster. I paid a fortune for the tickets and we literally have the worst seats in the place. And soooo expensive! Never again

Their site is not transparent and is more like a trap. The do not disclose there fees or the cost of the base ticket until after your purchase. I had to cancel my credit card charge as they would do nothing to adjust. Run from this company. Ed

It is partially Google fault because I thought I was on the venue website and not a resale site. Ticket center claimed there were few seats left and the prices were way to high as I found out later. I feel like an idiot and should have know better. Don't trust what they say.

Awful awful awful! Paid over $200 Canadian dollars for stampede rodeo ticket. Couldn't use the ticket. Turned out it was a general admission ticket. Tickets Center representatives later said it was for a one-day parking permit 🤯 Pure nonsense. Parking permit was actually about $20 at that time. Customer service was terrible. Would go great lengths not to refund you. I have never been this buttburned over a scam.

Ticket-Center site is ripping people off. I went on google and searched for Marshall Tucker tickets in Sacramento and this site came up at the top of googles search list (obviously google is making money off this also). The site displayed the seat map so it looked leggit and they had most seats still available at the time. I made the purchase for 5 tickets which ended up being over $700. Soon afterwards I realized my mistake after going to the ticket master site where the same tickets were 1/3 the price. I called the contact number to cancel immediately. They refused and about an hour later I was sent an email for tickets they purchased on the ticket master site and then had transferred to me. I submitted a claim to Bank of America for the charge but they did nothing. I sent emails to Google complaining (lets face it they don't care as long as they get their cut) and I let Ticket Master know what went on. None of them seem to care that these unscrupulous people are just taking advantage of average people. Please tell everyone you know about this in every way possible so we can minimize what they get away with. Also beware of things that come out at the top of Googles search list. They don't care as long as they make something.

We bought tickets to the only night of a performance 3 months in advance to get great seats with friends. They call us 3 weeks before the show to tell us our tickets are cancelled and they can either move us to seats second to the rear or refund our money. The performance wasn't cancelled, because they had seats available in the back.
This company is crooked as hell. They refund our money and sell the tickets to someone else for more money and nothing we can do about it. This company provides no contact number to call and complain. What a despicable company.

Full of deceit and trickery. Same tickets they charged $129 were offered by ticketmaster for $67. Refund denied by ticketscenter. BBB has hundreds of negative reviews, same as mine. Scammers scammers scammers

Their google listing is made to look as much like the real venue listing as possible. Once you select their listing you are sucked into limited availability, time limitations and pressure to purchase. I clicked the purchase button and immediately realized what I had done. I called immediately requesting a refund even for tickets that were "zone seating" that the seller did not own but would procure for you. I paid 250% more for six tickets than the next google listing down which was the real website. I am embarrassed to say how many $ I lost. Their solution was to resell my tickets so they could make another $400 in fees. No way am I helping these scammers make another penny.
