Purchased tickets on March 2020 for the Schitts Creek Tour; I paid $801.95 for 5 tickets. I didn't realize this was a 3rd party since it was the first company that came up when I did a google search for the event.
The even was postponed and was officially canceled last week.
I received an email from tickets-center.com that I WILL NOT receive a refund but only a credit to future events. This DOES NOT work for me since I will never use this service again due to their rip off fees.
BEWARE; THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

We bought Luke Comb tickets for his concert in CMAC (Constellation Brands - Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center) Canandaigua, NY in 2019 Before COVID the concert was rescheduled for this August 6th 2021, we asked for a refund due to the border still being closed for Canadians to enter the US last year and way before the concert this year. They replied that refunds can only be made if the concert gets cancelled, wow never again will i use Ticket Center!

The concert was postponed due to COVID - we don't have tickets and they won't refund! Scam company - don't use them EVER

They come off like a legitimate site. I clicked on a facebook ad for a monster truck show and ticket. Com popped up so i thought it was connected to the show but it is NOT! 85 for 2 tickets costs me 150 bucks! I realize the true cost of ticket after doing research. I am so upset! Do not purchase from them SCAMMMMMMMM!

I ordered 2 tickets for wild n out for March 12th 2020. I paid almost 300 for my tickets for my show to be canceled and no refund nor store credit issued. No live person to talk to unless your show is within 48 hrs. I'm in the process of filing legal action against this company. They shouldn't be able to steal from ppl. Like this. I will never use this site again

The site is 3rd party, and if seller does not provide you with tickets, they do not refund. They also do not disclose who the seller is.

Ticket Center has held my money for the Stone's concert for over a year and recently "They" Canceled Louisville in Favor of the Nashville venue. This is strictly a business decision on their part. They are blaming this on COVID YET THE Stones are more than happy to perform in Nashville. This is fraudulent and they need to give refunds to the thousands like me that are being taken to the cleaners!

The Ford idaho center has the snake river stampede this weekend. I wanted to buy tickets so they wouldn't be sold out. My bday is tomorrow. Tickets are 21.00 for adults and 18.00 for children. So 60.00 it would be total. Your company somehow charged me 178.00 for this. How do you even sleep at night frauding ppl like this? The idaho center gets 7 out of 10 calls like this they said and they are working on stopping all of it. I. e. Lawsuit. So have fun getting sued by all of these people. It complete and utter FRAUD what you are doing and charging illegally 3 times the amount for tickets and hidden service fees of 10.00 per ticket. Especially when people are struggling because of covid. Filthy. You should truly be ashamed of yourself. DISGUSTING! I will be reporting reporting as fraud to my bank as well if this isn't refunded. This company is complete TRASH. There isn't a live person to talk to either. You can never get through to anyone. No one ever returns your stupid automated "live" chats either. Karma sucks. You will see ;)

Horrible customer service, horrible return policies. Do not buy tickets through this venue. I spent such a long time on the phone with them and explained a situation where I was not aware that someone in my household had purchased these tickets and they refused to work with me.

Thought I was on the Saints Baseball website. Also thought I was buying great seats for $77 total (2 tickets). Yeah I know - not that smart! Turns out they were the worst $5 seats you can buy in the grass area above the outfield. Was $27 per ticket plus $12 handling fees and other fees and taxes and totaled $75. Total rip off. I will never buy from them again.

I tried to purchase tickets for an event and they wanted $180 per ticket +3 separate service charges. When I got to the event the tickets were $14 with no service charges. They are crooks.

Company has horrible service will change their policies to help themselves and make themselves money while they steal your money. Bought ticket before the pandemic and had the concert end up canceling but not due to the pandemic but due to being arrested and having to cancel the whole tour. But refuse refund. Contacted the BBB for help! Shady business!

I purchased Nathaniel Rateliff tickets through them. The total came to $334. I have used Ticket Master in the past and thought this company worked the same way. IT DOES NOT! Actual tickets cost $52 a piece so I played over $200 more for tickets that I can't get refunded. Lesson learned. I will NEVER use them again and am leaving a terrible review on every webpage I can.

Regarding my review from earlier(June 18th, 2021). Where I Never got my Seattle mariner tickets when I was on vacation, spent hours on the phone with them and the phone calls kept getting disconnected numerous times. Never got a call called back and when I Did talk to somebody and they came up with the proposed plan, they never followed through. They are a ghost of a company if you have any issues. Lost all my ticket price and fees.
And because we were traveling and buying tickets again….

Prior to And after my experience with Ticketcenters
I Now return to Ticketmaster number of times, Vivid a few times, and I believe StubHub as well WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. Ticketmaster, their customer service when I did have a question was great.
I wonder, given the degree of and the appearance of what I would consider at the least poor customer service but in my experience fraud, how many of those positive reports people read about our ones that the company has stop throwing boxes with…. Just saying….

Check this website carefully I recently purchased tickets thinking I was purchasing them through Ticketmaster and the prices were 50% higher on Ticket Center as opposed to Ticketmaster. I contacted tickets-center but they would not refund my tickets

I purchased 2 tickets online from TicketsCenter & discovered that they are charging 3- 4 times the cost of the tickets... At the box office all tickets are $11, $12 & $20 wheras the lowest price on TicketsCenter is $42!

Don't purchase from TICKETSCENTER

An event was cancelled due to COVID and I was given store credit but refused a refund. There were no events that my family was interested in within the time frame. They refused to extend the "coupon" and it was not transferable.

The excuse was "due to government shutdown orders and the massive disruption to our marketplace and its normal operation." Obviously, they protected themselves first and likely lost no money in the process of COIVD thanks to this policy.

The events are all very expensive and this was purchased as a gift for a friend. I would rather have the refund to pay my bills then spend even more money to go to an event they offer.
