Very easy to use and was not hard at all. I will get my ticket from them any time. I am not very computer literate and is was easy for me to use.

When the big music act came to my town I bought four (4) 2nd row tickets to be delivered to me in 6 months. I invited my closest friends to celebrate our 45 years of friendship; 1 friend flew and two drove. One person drove 13 hours to make it. And B/C we wanted to be fully free from cars on concert night, hotel rooms next door to the show we're booked in the towns expensive tourism district. This company continuously put off my phone calls, and inquiries about my tickets, and missed repeated promised deadlines to deliver the front row tickets. Finally, at 1AM on the day of the show, they sent me nose bleed tickets seats up by the facility HVAC ducts, the farthest away from the stage seats possible. Even though I meticulously preserved the email trail showing their entire, desperate story of fraud, off shore foreign customer service reps patronized me for worrying about the 1st first world problem of paying $800 for front row tickets and not receiving them. The icing on the cake is that my lawyer told me "you can't use the inferior, valueless tickets you received for the nose bleed section either b/c in the eyes of the law your using those tickets absolves the ticket seller from the liability of not having fulfilled the transaction. We didn't get to see the show after planning it out for six months and traveling from multiple far away places! Criminal! Have turned over to the lawyers. Yes to try to recover the $800 from these bacteria. If you see them anywhere out and about, seize them, cuff them, arrest them, and tell your local DA you have done so.

Quick & easy to secure the tickets, website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. This is a graduation gift for an employee & I'm sure he'll enjoy!

So this is a scam $#*! website. Ended up paying quadruple the price compared to the original venue ticket price. $200 for a $60 ticket. $#*! YOU FOR THAT! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR STUFF. BETTER YET, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AT ALL!

I will never use this platform again. Very expensive mistake on my end! I accidentally purchased tickets using my PayPal account when checking final costs on tickets. It normally sends you back to the page to confirm the purchase but this site did not. I called within minutes of the transaction, once realizing what happened by receiving a confirmation email. They told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to resell the tickets on another platform or social media. Unbelievable!

I bought 2 tickets which said they were 157 dollars. The next time I saw the price it doubled to 313 or something. I clicked too fast because I was seeing their ads saying tickets are selling out fast and didn't notice the price had doubled until it was too late. To make t worse I discovered later it was a foreign currency and if I purchase better tickets from the event holder I would have twice as good of seats at a quarter of the price. I read they would not offer returns but hoped since I had not only made a mistake myself but I did not see anywhere that the mistake included it being a foreign currency that they would be reasonable and refund at least some of my money. How did they help me? They said all you can do is try to sell your tickets. What kind of person would try to sell someone tickets for nearly 4 times their worth? Not me Only ticket-center.com! I will call the police to see how to protect myself in the future and if possible if I can charge them. I am pretty sure that because I made mistakes in the process they will get to take my money. The only way I can hope to get it back is to wait until it is sold out and then the tickets might be worth 4 times what they are now. Then I will not be able to go to the event to see for the first time a group of amazing artists. This was also a birthday gift for my husband. Now it is ruined. Noice gift. Honey, I threw away 250 dollars for your birthday. I know money is really tight right now so you know I donated it to some rich thieves. I am disgusted with this company and ashamed for falling for their tricks.

Easy process to buy tickets. Pretty much buying tickets at last minute so not sure what the concert experience will be like.

This site is very user friendly and clear in its instructions. I was able to shop for tickets, purchase and then download them to my Ticketmaster account very easily and quickly. I highly recommend this site for tickets to concerts and shows.
