I purchased these tickets by mistake and called within the hour and there was no resolution. They will absolutely not refund or cancel an order. I think that's terrible customer service, not to mention that the tickets are completely overpriced and there's an additional $25 service fee per ticket. Shop elsewhere!

I recently purchased tickets for the FLUFFY Comedy show for September 10th 2022 showing at 7pm in Lampe Missouri. I'm a little skeptical as the tickets that I purchased and received via email has another individuals name on them. I will write another review of our experience on that date. We are looking forward to viewing show!

I really wish I read more reviews before buying here. Just like lots of people have said, you get $50 tickets and it ends up being $294 which I ended up doing. Also, the show got rescheduled and can't go so I have been trying to get my money back and it is nearly impossible. Please don't do what I did and never even consider this BS place.
The app works well but just be aware there's a premium for that service. It was simple to visualize seating and pricing, it was just the cost at the end of the review that surprised me
I purchased tickets for an event on June 28,2022, on December 9,2021 for $474.95. I am now 6 hours before the event with no tickets. The site refuses to issue a refund saying I must prove that I did not receive the tickets before or AT the time of the event. I have a mobility disabled mother who I have these tickets to for Christmas. I am expected to travel to the event site, pay for parking, and HOPE the tickets are emailed to me in time for me to get my mother into the theater.
Also, a woman calling herself Naomi at the Ticket+Center call center was rude and said I could call the production itself to confirm the tickets hadn't been released. She gave me a disconnected number.
This company very misleadingly charged $900 over market price for tickets, NO REFUNDS, NO RECOURSE. Check other website before using this site!

Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
