As soon as I saw the screen that said "Thank you for your purchase" I realized immediately that I had mistakenly clicked to purchase the tickets. However, there was no way to undo the mistake. The company totally stonewalled me when I called to ask them to do so. The website was confusing. I did not think I was actually purchasing the tickets, was thinking I was just finding out a final total. Each previous page seemed to change the total with an additional fee or charge. After many pages that said the tickets were not purchased yet, I thought this was one more like that. I was surprised that the next page said thank you for your purchase. I did not want the tickets, but Customer Service consistently refused to consider my request, saying they could not do so because of (legal sounding words that did not mean anything when strung together). Do NOT use this reseller unless you want to pay 2-3 times what the tickets would cost at the actual venue.

Tickets-Center.com works under the guise of a legitimate online ticket sales business. In fact, in complaint, they say they are a "secondary marketplace" with exorbitant ticket and service fees that are over triple market value. Customer service to attain refund is also more than unsatisfactory. I attempted to cancel my purchase almost immediately when I realized they were in wrong process.
There was no prompt to review terms and conditions and refuse to cancel or refund the transaction.

Completely ripped me off and charged more than 3X the actual ticket price and their site (which I was instantly directed to when searching for tickets since they pay to be high up on Google searches) made it seem as if the concert was almost sold out, when in actuality there were plenty of tickets left on other legit sites... They are an absolute scam site that encourages people to trick other people into paying WAY over the actual price of tickets to events.
TICKETS-CENTER.COM IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM SITE.

A different way to get tickets. Old school is better but a new age is here. Wasn't for sure what I was doing but managed.

First time buying tickets at this stadium. Was offered a better deal on another website. Was going to compare prices with the team's main page. Thought I was there but I was rerouted. Clicked to see where the seats were located. Looked like they were closer to home plate. After purchasing, I went back to look at the map again. We are way in right field. Very deceiving. And I could have gotten these tickets for half the price if I purchased through the MLB website. The fees are outrageous!

Was not able to print out the tickets. My printer was not setup to do it. Had to find someone to print it for me.

Terrible experience with this company. Firstly - it is very poorly labelled on their website that the funds are in USD. That was no present on any of the finalized documentation. Secondly, I ordered tickets for Saturday and was sent tickets for a Friday. I called their customer service and they just said they can't do anything to help. No refund, no apology, can't move the dates.

I strongly recommend finding another provider as its very clear this company only cares about making as much money as possible and not servicing its clients at all.

I will not be using these services again and have been told my only option is to resell the tickets myself even though I called in within minutes of placing the order.

Searching for baseball tickets for a local fame and all I could find was ticket-center so I bought them. Once delivered I found that this was a reseller and I mistakenly paid more than triple the face value.

Easy online video showing you how to get your tickets downloaded to your phone. Sometimes phones get lost or stolen, so a paper back up would be nice to have

Tickets Center made it easy to buy two tickets to the A's game and I received info on how to access them right away. Was pretty easy to do. No shipping needed. I also like that it accepted PayPal so I didn't have to look up my credit card info or anything.

I was emailed 3 tickets with a face value of $69.50 each yet I paid $543.95-talked to a customer service (sic) and they really cannot explain the difference in the price!
