Very easy to maneuver through the website. I like the immediate email after payment was taken to confirm I have received my tickets.

This company charged me $100 per ticket for an event that ended up only costing $25 at the door. When I contacted customer service to find out why and get a refund they told me they could charge whatever they wanted and that no refund would be issued. BUYER BEWARE, this company will rip you off.

I have tried to cancel my order for over a month now. I have not got any word from anyone yet on this

This site was pretty easy to use. I just followed the directions and it was self explanatory. I liked the fact that it flashes where your seat area is.

I asked for return because I couldn't make it to the date of the event. And, it's still like a month before the event! You can't speak to a human being. Just machines.So frustrating. No return, no refunds. It's a scam.

So unbelievably disappointed in this website! It of course came up first when buying tickets to a sporting event. I was under the impression that tickets were $44 each. Unknowingly I purchased these tickets, when I went to print them out the actual ticket price was $15. They also had a service fee and digital ticket price. So for $60 worth of tickets I payed $ 235.00
So upsetting and frustrating. Will never use this website again. Warning to others do not use!

Easy to get and simple to order and receive with no issues. Will do this again in the future. Go so!

I paid over $300 US for two tickets with a face value of $70 CAD. That is 3 times the cost and the event wasn't even sold out. I thought I was buying through ticket master and paying face value with a service fee. Buy direct! This is such a scam.

The process is far too complicated for people not very tech savvy. What happened when you got up to a window and buy a ticket.

The Site Was Definitely Customer Friendly There Were No Real Issues or Obstacles That Hampered One From Finding Desired Event and Completing Ticket Purchase.

Still working on cell phone instructions to lap top, to create an app. To cell phone again?
It's an unknown process.
