MY HUSBAND WAS SUPPOSE TO GO ON TICKTMASTER TO PURCHASE TICKETS AND HE ACCIDENTLY WENT TO THIS WEBSITE AND PURCHASED THEM BY ACCIDENT AND WHEN I CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO CANCEL WITHIN 5 MINS OF THE CHARGE THEY TOLD ME NO REFUND. NOW I HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK AND ALERT THE WORLD OF THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY! STAY AWAY FROM THE WEBSITE!
I have not received an email with my tickets yet and the musical is in 2 days! The email they sent asking if I had gotten them yet had no way to respond either.
I had no trouble logging in and obtaining my tickets through this service. I'm looking forward to attending my first Milkmen game with my wife. Hopefully, the game will be as enjoyable as this process.

I looked for metropolitan opera tickets and got to the ticket-center site without realizing it. I then bought a ticket for $300. After the purchase, I realized I was not on the Metropolitan Opera site (my fault). I then went to the Metropolitan Opera site and saw that the value of the ticket was only $110...
There was no shortage of tickets on the site... so the mark up of 200% was not justified!
I called them back but they did not help.
I will never use this company again.

Everything has been very easy, I will definitely use the service again. I found the site was easy to navigate and see the seats tap on the different colors they were available and see the prices and I'm thankful that I got the tickets that I wanted and I hope I can figure it out from here
