Stick with ticket master. Ticket center is a joke and will take your money. It's hard to get a hold of them also.

Got my tickets asap for my first mlb game with no issues definitely would do it again god god god god

I will never buy tickets here ever again. I have been in contact with this company for 3 days now and they can't find my tickets. They tell me they were sent then they say they are waiting on the seller to send. I did a step by step process with their people to find the tickets on several different apps and no tickets so then was told to do a transfer request to another email which we got nothing the game is tomorrow at 11am and I'm told to get ahold of them 2 hour before the game. We live 2 hours away and we tailgate so we would leave at 6am go down to the Hawkeye game not sure if we will have tickets or not. And was told there would be no refund. So not TICKETS NO REFUND.

Paid for tickets got a email haven't got the tickets yet though should be soon i hope why do i gotta write this out?

Made an order and less that 24hours later got news that meant I need to leave the country for a family matter and they refused to offer help even though all that had happened is they took my money. No tickets received yet, order still unfulfilled and yet offered nothing more than telling me to sell them myself. Will never use the service again
