I bought tickets through this website thinking that I was getting a better deal. It was actually MORE expensive and what was worse was that the tickets never showed up in my email. They kept telling me that the tickets were sent over and over throughout the week when I kept asking about it. Then they said it would show up directly on my account with the theatre. Well, it was not! I kept waiting for my tickets up until the show was about to start! Can you imagine the stress? So I basically never got it and they refuse to give me any money back. They said they sent it and they have proof, which they actually also refuse to show me. The whole experience was absolutely the worst. I can't even give them one star, but there isn't an option for zero.

Please don't ever do like I did and purchase non-existent expensive tickets from them. This is a complex criminal operation, with a call center full of helpful people who swear up and down you will get your tickets- but you never do. We purchased tickets way over the going rate and never even received tickets. This was a show I have been looking forward to for a year and I was supposed to share it with my parents. Now we are out $703 without tickets.

I purchased tickets for $970 in December of 2021 for a concern in February. The concert was postponed due to Covid-19. When the band announced their new tour dates in March, my venue was not listed. I called www.tickets-center.com asking for a refund. They told me that once the venue contacted them they would issue a refund. It's been 6 months. I called back in and they told me they have not heard from the venue and cannot issue a refund. I called the venue directly and they confirmed via phone they canceled the show and issued refunds to their ticket holders. Then, they sent me an email stating the same. I sent the email to tickets-center.com. They confirmed they received the email but said "We have not heard from the venue so we can't issue your refund." I paid them almost $1000 dollars over 9 months ago. No tickets. No refund. No resolution. No time table.

Ticket office at venue was priced high and selection was limited, ticket centre was fast and cheaper with greater selection

Quick and simple way to get tickets. I would recommend this to anyone who might need tickets to anything!

For it to be my first time ordering through this site it was ok. We'll see how the next order go when ever that'll be but for the most part satisfied

Business model to inflate event prices. You cannot cancel the order after you find out that they sold you a ticket double/triple of what it the price you can buy somewhere else, you only can sell it to someone else and pay fees to the TicketsCenter. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! SCAM.

This site re-sells tickets at an extremely overpriced amount. They basically link to Ticket Master and then mark up the price, in my case by more than double the amount! They sold me tickets to a San Diego State football game for $360.00 and then I received a link to retrieve the tickets through Ticket Master. I looked at buying these EXACT same tickets directly through Ticket Master and they were $153.00 + a minimal transaction fee. I called to see if I could get a refund and return the tickets within a few minutes of purchase and they said that all sales were final and the best way to get my money back was to put the tickets back up for re-sell. I would feel terrible ripping someone else off, so I would never re-post the tickets at highly inflated prices through this site and allow them to make more money off these tickets. DO NOT use this site, just go directly to Ticket Master they are a great site that sales and re-sells ticket at a fair price!
