I purchased 2 tickets for an event scheduled for November 18,2022 in Memphis, Tn at the Orpheum Theater. The venue has verified that this event for Memphis Symphony is no longer scheduled for that date. Tickets-Center is trying to force me into accepting another date that I did not choose, They have refused to REFUND my fees even though one of their recordings says that they would in the case of CANCELLATION. They are unethical and customer service does not exist. Absolutely no integrity or courtesy used by phone emoloyees. The last person spoken to abruptly hung up the phone. Bad Business. I will send proof of purchase in another format. I am unable to attach it.

Accidently I bought two tickets from them and later discovered that they were available from concert hall directly at about 1/3 the price. Only after buying them did I get the message that these are resale tickets and no cancellation. I was taken badly. Never again

Bought a ticket from this site, only to later discover they sold me a ticket for the correct day and time, wrong venue. When I reached out to cancel and ask for a refund as I purchased a ticket for a non existent show and would not be able to use the ticket, they encouraged me to resell it, and further perpetuate the scam. "We assure you, all of our sellers are verified." Cannot cancel this charge with my bank - and it looks like I was charged 3xs what the ticket should have been. I accept my mistake in all of this - but want to strongly discourage people from supporting a website that is actively implicit in criminal behavior, and will encourage you to perpetuate it also.
