If I could leave zero stars I would. This place stole my money. The ticket I bought was never transferred into my name so when I arrive to the stadium I was not allowed into the stadium. I had to buy a whole new ticket when I got to the stadium. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

Paid 3 times face value, did not receive tickets. Ordered tickets 2 months in advance. Followed up several times. It's 24 hours before the event and no tickets nor any response except that they should be there 48 hours in advance. No refund to date. Not sure how they are legally allowed to operate, but save yourself the cost and stress.

They are a fraud. They mark up tix that you can buy for much less. They charged me 3 times what the tickets should have cost and will not submit a refund even though I called immediately after. The charge was also set as a reoccurring payment on my checking account. Which doesn't male any sense. I also have not received any tickets.

Never buy from this company unless you have already gone to the official ticketing company (EventBright, TicketMaster, etc...) and checked prices there first.

Tickets-Center.com operates as an online organized ticket scalper reselling tickets at 2-4x fair market value. Their business practice walks a very thin legal line in order to lure customers into purchasing a event tickets which are readily available much cheaper from the original vendor. The rely on deception and the good reputation of the companies they impersonate to make sales and provide no recourse by including a no refunds clause in their terms of service. I ordered tickets through them under the impression I was buying from the original vendor but my purchase was for tickets that were bought and now are being resold from the original vendor.

Having to give them even one star is far reach. They are absolutely pathetic. They don't have the slightless clue on how to tell someone if a concert was rescheduled or canceled. I bought my tickets and they knew the concert was canceled and yet went through with the sale of the concert. For days following the concert they kept stating the concert was only moved. Even went as far as telling me that the concert venue had been chosen. And when I called the venue they had no record of it actually being booked. Why? Because the band had rescheduled. Customer service is a joke.

Charged 3x's the price of the ticket cost. Also paid for insurance in case we could not go and was told only refundable if one of us died! The insurance company is Allianz Travel. Big mistake not checking reviews first. DPAC allows this company Tickets-Center.Com to rip people off. When you click purchase this is the site it takes you.

I made the mistake of assuming that the ticket prices were going to be the same or slightly above buying from the venue but instead I paid $100 more per ticket than the venue price. Didn't realize it until I looked and saw what the venue was charging. My own fault for sure but should be illegal to rip someone off like that. Will never again.

I bought tickets for my wife to the Kat and Dave show and it got cancelled, Tickets-center.com is refusing to give me my money back. They said tryhey won't reimburse us because the show was reschedule, however no new date has been scheduled. We lost $421.79

Out of nowhere i received an email saying my order was cancelled. When i tried to call to see what happened, they just told me there was a problem with the billing information and they had to cancel everything. The only option they gave me is buying completely new tickets which cost 340$ instead of 150 (what we paid). Next time why you don't let us know if there is a problem with the order, instead of cancelling it and charging us the double paid. Would never recommend this website or the customer service i received.

Do not use this site to buy your tickets! They charged me five times what the tickets were actually worth, and the tickets were not even real. I talked to Support and they refuse to cancel my order or refund the charge, but the tickets do not even exist. Stay away from the site at all costs.

Bought tickets at $117 per ticket. Didn't know until I received the ticket that face value was $49. Deceitful! Lesson learned!

The worst ticket agency I ever dealt with. The markup was incredible face value the ticket $20, but I was charged $93. They claimed that the show almost sold out only a few tickets left, but now I see tickets at the door $30! Rip off lying ripoffs something Trump would pullfoot, will never use you guys again zero ripoff stay clear.

I purchased 2 94$ tickets and the cost was over 800$. Of course I didn't realize this until I reci bed the tickets.

Purchased tickets online. Site had all the right data and was simple and easy to use. Performance was good. Overall, a great experience.

The purchase is made very easy the system takes you where you want and is very friendly the presentation of the game days and schedules are easy to understand

I bought tickets to a play. It turns out the tickets are not given when payment is made. You have to wait until the last minute. You have to open an account on a PC then download an app on the phone so you can show your tickets on the phone. I bought the tickets as a birthday present. I will not be attending the play. This complicates things. I do not think I'll be using this company again.
